Beef meatballs, lira rossa three cheese, and Rosie’s blistered tomato sauce, finished with fresh arugula, sliced pickled pepperoncinis, and parmesan for a pie that's reminiscent of your favorite classic meatball sub! Get into it!!

🎙️ A new episode of Say Grace is live.

For June Rodil, hospitality is everything. It’s the ability to welcome someone into a space and help them leave behind the stresses of their day, even if just for a few hours.

As CEO, Partner, and Master Sommelier of Houston-based Goodnight Hospitality, June has helped create a collection of restaurants where that philosophy is felt in every detail. From the research-driven Mediterranean dining experience at MARCH to the neighborhood warmth of Rosie Cannonball and the London-inspired elegance of The Marigold Club, the group’s approach is rooted in making people feel genuinely cared for.

In this week’s episode, June joins Steve Palmer alongside her Goodnight Hospitality partners, chefs Felipe Riccio and Austin Waiter, for a conversation about the mentors who shaped their careers, the development of their individual culinary and hospitality styles, and the sense of place they’ve created within Houston’s thriving dining scene.

As June shares, sometimes the most meaningful moments in hospitality come from the smallest gestures. Remembering a detail about a guest, anticipating a need, or simply making someone feel at ease can transform an ordinary evening into something memorable.

New episode available now on all major podcast platforms.

Tomorrow on Say Grace, Steve Palmer welcomes three of the minds behind Houston’s Goodnight Hospitality: CEO and Master Sommelier June Rodil, Chef and Partner Felipe Riccio, and Austin Waiter, Executive Chef and Partner of The Marigold Club.

Together, they’ve helped build one of Houston’s most celebrated hospitality groups, with a collection of restaurants that includes MICHELIN-starred MARCH, Rosie Cannonball, The Marigold Club, and Montrose Cheese & Wine. While each concept has its own identity, all share a commitment to exceptional hospitality, thoughtful experiences, and creating spaces where guests feel genuinely welcome.

But building a restaurant group around a shared vision comes with its own challenges. In this week’s episode, the team opens up about one of the most complicated parts of leadership: inspiring people to believe in a collective vision while giving them the freedom to express their own creativity and individuality. They reflect on the importance of humility, recognizing their own limitations, and building partnerships where different strengths can come together to create something greater.

From the mentors who shaped their early careers to the restaurants they’ve built together, June, Felipe, and Austin share how their individual experiences have influenced a collective approach to hospitality that continues to shape Houston’s dining scene.

New episode drops tomorrow on all major podcast platforms.

We’re honored to be recognized once again as a MICHELIN Guide Recommended Restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide (@michelinguide)!

It means so much to be recognized for a second year, especially alongside so many restaurants we love and admire here in Houston and across Texas.

This recognition belongs to everyone who makes The Marigold Club what it is. To our team, who bring so much creativity, care, and personality to every service, thank you for everything you do to make this place so special.
And to our guests, who have celebrated birthdays and anniversaries with us, gathered around the table for wine dinners, spent evenings sipping Champagne and sharing oysters and caviar, or simply stopped in for a cocktail at the bar, thank you. You bring The Marigold Club to life, and we’re grateful to be part of so many of your moments, big and small.

Here’s to more Champagne, more celebrations, and many more evenings together.
