The word fatigue is propaganda to keep you small The percentage of individuals that actually reach the point of needing to deload is so unbelievably small A lot of people reading this are in the intermediate years of training (1-3 years), this is your time to be daft & enjoy training (you will grow in this time period of absolutely everything and anything) The individuals throwing around these words are 1 of 2 people; coaches try to sound clever to lifestyle clients and lifters that have been easily been influenced by social media, the people they’ve been influenced by likely have loads more muscle than them, train way way harder and have done so for longer Fatigue and planned deloads are a word in modern coaching and on social media used far to often and are only required by experienced lifters, these lifters train with a high level of accuracy and intensity Beginners and intermediate lifters enjoy training to the upmost degree don’t concern yourself with fatigue and take a deload when your Ill, injured or going holiday And don’t be a pussy ass bitch and train MF
