Had the pleasure of filming a short documentary with Fernando @fernandokague Fernando, being half Brazilian and half Japanese, made me curious — does he feel a sense of belonging? Is his art born from that sense of belonging, or from the lack of it? These were questions I often wondered from my own perspective, and I finally had the chance to ask him in our interview. His story is truly inspiring. He blends two contrasting cultures within his soul so beautifully, and it fuels his art in the most powerful way. Huge thanks to Fernando for sharing his journey with me. I deeply admire all the creative work he puts out into the world — we can’t wait to share this piece with you soon!
