Community is within the shimmers of encouragement that make up for this false narrative that some some grand gesture must prove to you it exists. It’s like lighting a candle. Community is like a mycelium network, working at the deep roots beneath our feet. If you want to experience something particular, initiate it — instead of resenting others for their conformity. The richness of your palate is your responsibility.

I want to say — the most rewarding and empowering moments of my life have been at shows, surrounded by people, anywhere from 15-200 of them. To feel small in a sea of people can be just the revitalization I need to sway my body back to its fierce aliveness.

To all of you Florida artists, thank you. I suppose this post is my virtual ode to you. Here is maybe 5% of media from over the past few years of communal experiences. Art, music, dancing, absolute fuckery and Love most of all. I regret nothing! What a gift

EDEN IN THE DARK
DJ’s Strwbry Ronin and Feunica channel their love for dark electronic with EDEN IN THE DARK. While inspired by the sounds of 80’s synthpop, darkwave, and industrial, they also aim to feature newer artists and producers that vanguard the experimental sounds of contemporary underground dance culture. 9/1 at @respectablestreet @bumblefest

First of many Feunicades zines. This one’s called Grit For The Masses.

Wanted to give some background before the release show this Saturday at @thepeachwpb.

Maybe this will provide some insight, and even spark some curiosity. Maybe it’ll change the way you interact with your surroundings. Maybe you’ll view your surroundings as poetic vehicles/missionaries. Or maybe you’ll hate it, but that’s interesting too.

Come check out the event I curated for the release this Saturday night. The flyer and set times are at the end of this post 💭
