We have some fantastic performers coming to the Tyn this coming Saturday .

We have the amazing James Wynne - who does hits for all!
And the very talented Ffion Rees who is a acoustic performer who is sure to get you on your feet 🕺

Both are local to North Wales and have a fantastic performance waiting for you all.
Ffion is from the gorgeous Bala and James is from our hometown Wrexham!

We’re mixing it up with alternating times so you’ll hear bit of both through the night!

Hey @foofighters , your fans have a message for you. ❤️

I think this final video perfectly captures what being part of a fan community is all about: traveling miles, doing crazy things for the music you love, creating unforgettable memories, and finding inspiration in the people and moments you share along the way.

But more than anything, it's about gratitude. It's about love. It's about following your passions and embracing the things that make you feel alive.

Music has given these people (and me) friendships, unforgettable experiences, and a reason to wake up every day. None of us takes that for granted. ❤️

P.S. I may have shed a tear or two while editing this one. 🥹

How many times is too many times to see the same band? 👀

I asked these dedicated @foofighters fans how many times they’ve seen the band live… and some of their answers surprised me (or not...)

How many times have you seen the Foos?

Personally, I am at 16 times actually 😁

@flowersbluesman and @ffi_rees98 entertaining the crowd on a sunday afternoon in Church Street, Liverpool, with foo fighters covers. Was brilliant collaboration between the two. The young foo fighters fan was loving it. The joys when you walk through liverpool.

Packed night at The Royal Oak Wrexham last night with loads of great people performing

I missed some names but lovely original songs by Sophia McIntyre, ace guitar from Ffion Rees, dazzling 12 string excellence from Luke, the always phenomenal Danny Sergiou who played like he’d just come back from a crossroads after selling his soul to the devil and apologised for being rusty, old school blues on a mandolin from Roy Stark, Ben sang Elliot Smith songs which always makes me smile Yasmine Latkowski gave us hope in a damaged world and Jamie closed the night “his way”. All pulled together by the wonderful Andy Hickie

John Rammthe human metronome helped out lots of people, not least me when my guitar went out of tune and I panicked.

My highlight - a guy turned up to suss the place out after reading my post about the open mic nights and saying I’ll play/sing with anyone who needs it. I think (hope) he will play next time and you’ll hear traditional Irish music as only two Welsh people can play it.

Thanks for keeping live music going all at The Royal Oak
