Known Terrain Show 1 - Structures of Place, Memory and Transformation - Partner program of LDF 2026

12th - 15th September @the_koppel_project @l_d_f_official

The first show of Known Terrain explores how architecture, infrastructure and landscapes become familiar through movement, repetition, reuse and exchange.

Bringing together works that engage with place as an evolving condition, the exhibition considers how memory, material traces and everyday encounters shape our understanding of the environments we inhabit, and how these places transform over time.

We are incredibly happy and grateful to receive all the love, encouragement and beautiful feedback from our friends and visitors for Serenity in Flow. 🤍✨

So many moments of joy, reflection and recognition — a smile, a thought, a memory, or simply a feeling of being present. 🌿

And this is exactly why Thread Gallery curate.

To create a space where people can slow down, connect with art, and perhaps find a little more of themselves.

Your trust and encouragement have made us even more certain of what we believe in — and even more excited for what comes next. ✨

Thank you for being part of this journey. 🤍

There are so many people to thank for making Serenity in Flow happen. 🥹✨

💐Before that, we’d still welcome everyone join us on this Saturday and Sunday from 2-6pm at our venue at N1 9DX

A heartfelt thanks to our dear friends @luellalulu of @fangting_properties, for supporting me all the way from Paris to London, and for their unconditional trust, support and partnership towards @stella_rocks curatorial work.

Thanks @super_tony_li from @the_moonlight_table , @fflorwear and @chiafloral.art for believing in this project wholeheartedly and joining us with 100% trust and support.

Thanks @xuzitree for capturing the exhibition through photography and video, and to @bochen.w & @xolada for helping with the installation and on-site management.

And, of course, my deepest gratitude to all the participating artists, and to every friend, collector and guest who came to experience the exhibition with us. 🥹✨

Serenity in Flow is not only an exhibition — it is a gathering of people, ideas, energy and trust.

Thank you for being part of this journey. 🤍
