9.12.26 - Green Room — @niminomusic Afters

Such an incredible night. Getting to play @greenroommpls for the Nimino Afters was so much fun and finally being able to play at Green Room was amazing. On top of everything, playing out my debut release “Not Checking The Time” was a really special moment, if you haven’t listened to it yet, go check the link in my bio!

Thank you to everyone who stuck around for the afters, hope to see you guys there again soon ❤️

HUGE thank you to @danceagenda and @leo_himself for having me out‼️

Nothing will ever compare to the experience of seeing @mtjoyband at Red Rocks with some of my favorite people.

I still can't believe they played Cardinal...and to be surrounded by people who screamed "blue" over "green" when they sang the lyric, "we bought a broke down bus and painted it green..." really healed a little part of me that I didn't realize was so broken.

Something in me changed this week...maybe the candle in my soul began to burn again. But if this love - familial, romantic, platonic - can exist this authenticity and simultaneously then anything is possible.

May this love cary me forward to continue the fight for a better world and safer community.

"We need a new president and we should fall in love"

P.S. I didn't get the setlist, but Cramer did offer her $150 for it 🤣🤣 I did get to chat with other Mt.Joy fans and i had more than all of them combined. So 🤣

two truths and a lie:
1. @akadjtna and @noeljean threw tf down at downtown wednesdays
2. we opened for the legend @staceypullen_official
3. @akadjtna got a hug from @staceypullen_official ☠️😂

many thanks to @danceagenda for another fun one downtown, always a good time bringing people out to dance ❤️

Resistance Flexibility & Strength Training.

This modality has been integral in my pain management and growth for the past three years.

It started with doing solo stretches from the book, “The Genius of Flexibility,” written by the one and only, @_bobcooley

It evolved to learning directly from Bob and his elite trainers.

Then it blossomed into the opportunity to work alongside Bob and his elite trainers.

Now, I’m teaching people on my own how to help heal themselves.

Pretty damn cool, and not what I expected.

I’m excited to continue learning, sharing, and healing others. If this interests you, I’m bringing my good friend, Richard, back to MN for one of his regular visits.

His arrival presents a unique opportunity for others to get stretched and learn the proper way to stretch themselves from someone who has spent 11 years working with Bob and healing countless individuals.

Richard will be at @refresh.mpls on August 9th performing free demos, and we’ll be working together to provide assisted stretches throughout his stay between 8/5–8/12.

If this interests you, hit me up. I’m easy to find.

If you’d like to learn more ahead of time, I highly suggest you watch the episodes of “Get Sweaty with Leddy” that I filmed with Bob & Richard.

You can also enjoy videos of me solo stretching.

The links to my @youtube channel are in my bio.

Not a HotHands ad 🥶

Massive shout out to @danceagenda and @buckhill for having me and @wartro play for Downhill Disco. Even with frozen fingers, that was easily one of our favorite sets to date.

Events like this are a perfect reminder of how unique the Minnesota EDM scene is. There’s nothing like the experiences we share together! Can’t wait for the next outdoor rave. ❄️
