Everyone sees race day. What they don’t always see are the early alarms, long runs, fueling, recovery, and all the little choices that happen in between.

As I train for @everywomansmarathon, I’m focused on showing up consistently - and making sure I’m fueling in a way that supports the work I’m asking my body to do. @garelickfarms has become an easy part of that routine, whether it’s with breakfast, after a run, or somewhere in between.

The finish line may be the moment everyone sees, but the real work is happening right now — in the miles nobody sees.

I was terrified to tell my boyfriend I had MS

After 10 years together, I couldn’t stop thinking: What if he leaves because he’s scared of what this diagnosis could mean for the rest of our lives?
