We have some lovely new followers on here, so it feels like a good time to reintroduce our little haven in the South Downs. We’re just about 10 minutes from Petworth, 20 from Chichester & Arundel - but this little valley feels like you could be miles away.. We have a beautiful boutique studio with a programme of weekly classes; yoga, Pilates, strength training, breathwork, TRX and meditation. Our classes are small so allow plenty of time for individual attention from our brilliant teaching team. The studio has beautiful views of the South Downs. Find our full timetable on the Classes & Practitioners page of our website (link in bio 👆🏻) We have a regular programme of workshops and events - Soundbaths, art & creative sessions, and longer half day and day retreats. Our spaces are available for hire for external events, too. Our wild sauna is open Friday to Sunday (with more to come!), with private bookings & communal sessions available. Our cold plunge tanks are chilled & filtered. The sauna boasts beautiful views across the orchard. Booking available on the sauna page of our website (link in bio 👆🏻) Our rustic farm courtyard is a beautiful place to relax or meet friends - post sauna, after class, or as a pit stop during a bike ride or walk. Our secret horsebox café serves the most delicious @castironroaster coffee, soft drinks, bacon sandwiches, toasted ciabattas, salads, cakes, and homemade protein balls. Check the website for seasonal opening times There is indoor seating in our cosy barn, too. This space is also used for creative workshops & events - and is available to rent (outside café hours) We have a wonderful rehab room that is used for physiotherapy, chiropracty, and acupuncture. There is space to move, and a reformer Our treatment rooms are host to: ✨Reiki ✨Kinesiology ✨Massage ✨Reflexology ✨Bespoke facial treatments ✨Communication Coaching ✨Cranio-sacral therapy ✨Emotion code & Body code healing ✨Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

I promise I’ve not quit Instagram…I know I haven’t posted in a while 🫣 but I’ve been working in the background on all my Nano Models 🤗 I have officially completed the 10 models I set out to do and have another five booked in to take me to a more confident spot. After these 5 I will be raising my price from a model £150 to my Nano service of £250 (Includes top up). This price, for the time being, reflects being a beginner but developing into a nano artist. I am loving every second of this treatment and the results are divine 🤌🏻 Thank you to my gorgeous trainer @arch.cosmetics for all the support along this journey. I look forward to creating many more stunning sets for you all in the future 🤎 DM for more details xXx

Quieten the noise in your head, on your feed, in your world and the wider world. When life feels overwhelming, simple techniques and rituals can bring you back to you. Here’s my top 5 recommendations to bring a little peace to a busy life: 💚 Light a candle that’s handpoured with pure wax and essential oils that lift your mood, calm you or just fill your space with a favourite aroma 💚Breathe - no really breathe, go to @kimprichardbreathwork to discover the power of breath 💚 Discover your favourite bodywork therapy - facial, reflexology, massage - invest in your time and peace @figandnettle is my reset button 💚nature is always uplifting - look up and let the light into your eyes - if you can start your day by sitting outside and letting the light in through your eyes your nervous system will thank you. 💚Laughter never fails to make me feel better - with friends, family, through books, podcasts, live comedy or just your favourite show - laugh until your sides hurt!! Comedy is my feel good but for you it might be movement, exercise or maybe music or creativity- do something you love and be in the moment 💚 #aroma #wellness #wellbeing

Been Busy. 🖊️ Working in the background on my nano models 💁‍♀️ This client was used to filling in her brows every day. She wanted more of an arch, her fronts to be brought further forward and a fuller brow overall to give her a more youthful look. Here’s the before & after. Once healed these will lighten in colour by 30/40%. She will be coming for a top up between 6-8 weeks. This is my 3rd model and I am still working on perfecting my technique and softening my tapers which takes time and practise. I am loving working on a new treatment to bring to my clients and cannot wait to officially offer this as a treatment to my list 🙏 Please like and share with anyone who you think would love to be a model ❤️

Meet Nicole McPhilemy aka Fig & Nettle - a reflexologist and holistic facialist working intuitively and deeply with women who are ready to truly rest. Her work is slow, considered and bespoke - each session guided by what your body and nervous system are asking for on the day. This is not surface-level relaxation, but a space to soften, reset and come home to yourself. Nicole will be at Mill Yard every WEDNESDAY - but this coming SATURDAY 7th FEBRUARY she will be offering: Intuitive Reflexology Taster day Saturday 7th Feb 10am - 5pm Investment- £25 / 30mins This shorter session offers a refined introduction to my intuitive reflexology practice. Working gently through the feet the treatment is designed to calm the nervous system , encourage balance and support deep relaxation. Each session is approached with the same care and presence as a full treatment, allowing space for the body to soften and restore . While brief, these tasters offer a meaningful experience of reflexology as a quiet restorative ritual. Ideal for those new to reflexology or for anyone seeking a moment of grounded calm within their day. (Please note this is a condensed treatment and does not include consultation time. Spaces are limited) Please book through by contacting @figandnettle, or emailing Figandnettle@outlook.com

Give your skin a drinkkkkk 💚 Using @Votary VOTARY CLEANSING OIL ROSE GERANIUM & APRICOT to rehydrate and energise my skin whilst erasing any traces of make-up. Followed up by the apple toner, hyaluronic acid serum and natural glow day cream 🪴 Created by British make up artist @arabellapreston , the brand’s luxurious products harness the power of premium plant oils, which deliver incredibly soothing, age-defying benefits without sitting on the surface of your skin (as creams and man-made mineral oils can) VOTARY is sustainably packaged in beautiful glass bottles and can be purchased online @votarylondon or @spacenk This gorgeous brand was introduced to me by @figandnettle and since it was used on my skin I haven’t looked back! These bits are now going into my kit so I can share with all of you ✨🪴
