Morning Pilates overlooking the Adriatic. Island hopping. Swimming in crystal-clear water. Exploring Brač. Incredible meals prepared with love by Chef Kruno. Plenty of laughter and adventures with Sasha and those spontaneous little moments that became some of our favorite memories.

We arrived as a group, but we left with shared stories, inside jokes, new friendships, and full hearts. That is the part no camera can completely capture. 🤍

Croatia, you were everything and this beautiful group made the experience unforgettable.

The night is the time when I sit quietly and run through my thoughts.

Tonight, I managed to process the entire last week and somehow put it all together in a one-minute video.

12 strangers who purposely decided to make this happen.

It’s funny how it’s always at the end that we realise just how much fun we had: the little moments, the laughs, the movement, the conversations, the sunsets, and everything in between.

And I have a feeling there will be many more of these coming. 🌬️

Thank you @figeyogaadventures for hosting us in the incredible @gumoncavillas

Our Shala for the week.
Brač Island, Croatia 2026

I was personally craving some slow-paced time, to savour the days as they deserve to be lived. And I’m sure many of us on board with the retreat were feeling the same.

Waking up and having the mind freed from what’s coming within the next few hours is a blessing. Taking the time to taste your morning drink with all five senses is definitely a sign of presence and mindfulness - and yes, we probably overuse these words, but they amplify their meaning when you truly experience them, when you feel them, right?

And what a privilege to lose ourselves moving in an open-air Shala facing the Adriatic coast, and to sweat just by doing nothing, as you’re pleasantly overwhelmed by the humidity of this wonderful place.

@figeyogaadventures so far so good 😁

Beyond the Generic Yoga Retreat

We are all evolving, even Yoga is evolving, our needs are evolving. Not necessarily into more, but into something deeper. People are seeking experiences with depth, authenticity, and meaning—something I have always believed in from the very beginning. Yoga is not wellness, Yoga is an experience.

Yoga, meditation, and pranayama are part of my retreats, but we as a team of like-minded friends and cooperation partners - named Manu & Sasha - believe, that lasting transformation comes from the people, the connections they create, and the sense of community they experience.

Rather than filling schedules, we create space. By bringing people together in places that feel like home to us, we offer retreats that are authentic, grounded, and deeply connected to their surroundings.

For us, true luxury is simplicity, presence, privacy, and time—the space to reconnect with yourself, nature, and what truly matters.

“A retreat is not defined by its programme. It is defined by the philosophy and the community behind it.”

Our fifth retreat together—always in nature, in quiet connection, and in the beautiful journey from „How is this going to be?” to „How grateful we feel.” ✨

It always amazes us how a group of strangers ends up sharing similar needs, feelings, and reflections. By the end of our time together, we leave feeling a little more connected—to the world around us and to the parts of ourselves that needed care.

Some of the closing words shared this morning were: rested, relaxed, vulnerable, grateful, present, and heard.

These are gentle reminders to keep making time to pause.

Thank you, and until next time! 🤍
