Thank you, @thevarunmayya and the @openai @chatgptindia , for taking this initiative and giving people like us a chance to turn an idea into something real.

For @figmafemale and me, getting to build Atithi, step onto that stage, share our work, and speak with you all meant so much. We’d watched you online for so long, and suddenly we were sitting across from you, discussing something we had built together.

Thank you for putting your time and belief into this community. You gave us an opportunity, a little more confidence in ourselves, and a memory we’ll always carry with us. ❤️

India’s first impression shouldn’t be a broken visa form. 🇮🇳

@figmafemale and I built Atithi, a prototype that reimagines India’s e-visa experience with clearer information, simpler applications, and less confusion.

We made the final 10 from 13,694 applications and finished second at Build What Moves India, presented by

@thevarunmayya in partnership with @openai & @chatgptindia

The problem was personal. Years ago, a friend trying to visit India struggled with the application for days. That experience stayed with me, and this hackathon gave us a chance to rethink it.

Thank you to @thevarunmayya , @achinamayya , @kirat_ins , Karan M V, and the OpenAI team for the opportunity and feedback.

Comment LINK and I’ll send you the full pitch on YouTube.

From 13,000 to 3 winners. Thank you to everyone who participated: your time and energy was channeled towards a good cause. Thank you to OpenAI for partnering with us and the entire team VM and event team working hard behind the scenes to set up all of this and conduct the widest scale hackathon I’ve personally ever seen.

This hopefully inspires more creators to involve their audience in everything they do, and find a way to share opportunities with everyone!

Love you all and expect more soon! ♥️

We’ve put our ideas, effort, and a lot of late nights into this one. Now we’re hoping to make it into the Top 10 of the hackathon hosted by @thevarunmayya and @chatgptindia

We’d love for you to try it, test it, judge it, and tell us what you think.

Most importantly, tag @chatgptindia , @thevarunmayya , @digitalindiacorporation & @meitystartup_hub so they can see our submission too!

Let’s see how far we can take this. 🤞🔥

Comment “Atithi” to get the platform link. Had so much fun building this. Took India’s decade-old government e-Visa portal and rebuilt it end to end, frontend, backend, the whole system. Challenging, but genuinely one of the most fun builds we’ve done.

What if we could rethink the way the world experiences India? 🇮🇳

We’re building something for the Build What Moves India Hackathon, a small idea with a much bigger goal: making India more accessible, seamless, and welcoming for the people who want to experience it, invest in it, build in it, and be a part of its growth.

This is only the beginning. 👀

Next part coming soon!

@openai @chatgptindia and @thevarunmayya 🚀
