Thank you to @ebonyfitweekend for allowing me the opportunity to share my services. Through stretch therapy, I am able to provide fitness influencers like @figureate.pt and many others like her with the benefits of stretch therapy. Would you sign up for stretch therapy in your local area?

A little beauty, a little business, & a whole lot of don’t try me. 😘 To think I’ve been in the fold for 5 years is truly a blessing. I’ve been able to work along side of some of the best administrative staff and most accomplished special agents. Here’s to year 6 of making a difference & being the change.

“It doesn’t matter where you are—in the gym, on the trail. As long as you’re moving your body.”
For @figureate.pt , fitness isn’t defined by four walls or a specific location. Whether you are finding your footing on a gym floor or out on a trail, every bit of effort counts. It’s simply about showing up, finding your own pace, and making the world your floor.

Where are you getting your movement in today?

I used to think trainers were tripping by not posting their workouts, but over the years I’m starting to see why coaches don’t post the routes they have their athletes run. Why they aren’t recording every plyometric drill that they have their clients doing. People will literally copy your every move into your whole demeanor meanwhile acting like they don’t even know who you are.

HUGE Thank you to everyone who came out to support our 4th annual Christmas charity drive! What started out as a group of 4 making sandwiches and bags out of my apartment, has turned into over a $5,000 event not including sponsors. This year we were able to make over 300 sanitary bags, provide hot meals, and @mochinut_ranchocordova ! Each donation we were fortunate enough to be able to match, totaling in $2000! Until Next year!!

You’ll never build strength if you’re not consistent. If you don’t use it, you lose it. Really as simple as that. The goal is never to be skinny, but to be STRONG.
