The true strength of a gym isn't found in the equipment, it's found in the people.
One of the biggest signs of exceptional coaching is seeing members move with confidence, understand proper technique, and know why they're doing what they're doing. When a coach consistently educates, motivates, and leads by example, that knowledge spreads throughout the entire studio.

At F45, we're proud to see members who not only work hard but train smart. The energy, performance, and support you experience in every class are a reflection of a coaching team that genuinely cares about helping people become their best.

Great coaches create great athletes. Great communities create lasting results. 💙🔥

In May 2025, I looked at myself honestly and admitted I had let my body go.

I had spent so much energy building the business and chasing every other goal that I had quietly pushed my own health to the bottom of the list, and the hardest part wasn't the realization, it was knowing I had been ignoring it for a while before I was willing to face it.

My first instinct was to fix it on my own.

I thought I could push through, figure it out, and save the money, but a few months in I had nothing to show for the effort except frustration.

That's when it hit me, because it's the exact same pattern I see in business owners every day. We try to figure out the systems, the strategy, and the growth alone, and we burn months of energy on things a coach could have shortened into weeks.

So in 2026, I stopped negotiating with myself and invested in a personal trainer, and the shift was immediate. @fiit4faith

The form, the consistency, the energy, all of it changed the moment I put myself in the hands of someone who actually knew what they were doing.

A good trainer doesn't just push you harder, they correct your form so the work you're already doing actually counts, and that's exactly what a business coach does. Form first, then weight. Foundation first, then scale.

The other thing I underestimated was consistency. None of this is built in the days you feel motivated, it's built in the ones you don't, and every time I show up for the workout, it makes it easier to show up for the business too. The energy compounds in ways I never expected.

The biggest lesson though is about blind spots. I cannot see my own form from the inside, I think I'm doing it right but my body is compensating in ways I'd never notice on my own, and the exact same thing happens in business. A coach isn't a luxury, it's the mirror you can't hold up to yourself.

So I'll leave you with the same question I had to answer for myself.

What's the one thing you know you need help with but keep trying to do alone?

Drop it in the comments.

Hey guys, it’s Day 7 of my self imposed ab challenge and I got my sister in loved. Today we had a great session with the lovely @day1fitness70 president herself @postup_heat247 . Loved this opportunity to workout with my sister. I didn’t record the rest as it was done separately and I was in my PJ’s doing them. 🤣

Hey guys Day 6/21. I can feel that my core is getting stronger and I love it. No visible abs yet, but I am able to complete the first exercise with my feet flat on the floor. Yay!!!

Shoutout to coach Tim @fiit4faith for getting me on my abs journey. It’s a love hate relationship over here coach Tim aka Leonidas. 😫

Listen, sometimes I don’t want to do this ab business. I mean the today me doesn’t care if I have abs. She says “girl you have three whole children, and you don’t even look it. That’s good enough.” The future me says “girl strengthen that core so you can hold an erect posture. So you can sing with more power. So you can feel comfortable in your clothes. So you don’t have to tuck in your belly when you stand or sit. So you feel confident standing naked in front of your husband. So you can say you put in the work for yourself.”

Geez that furtive me talks a lot, but I’m choosing to listen to her. I want to show up as her today so that when various opportunities arise that only she can handle I’m prepared.

Some days are harder than others but I’m learning consistency and giving Jenna my best.

The hour is late and I just came from getting my hair done. I did not want to miss a day so I did my workout at home. It is not getting easier friends but nothing worth having comes easy.

I pray you are in your own journey as well. I encourage you to share so we can cheer each other on.

Thanks coach Tim @fiit4faith
