Education....with a side of sandwiches and skin 🥪💁🏼‍♀️

In all seriousness though, education is a pillar of what we practise at Fika - not only educating our clients but continuing to educate ourselves. Staying curious, investing in ongoing learning and continually refining our skills and knowledge ensures we remain at the forefront of the industry, prioritise safety and consistently deliver the highest standard of care and outcomes for our clients.

Big 👏🏼 thanks to @sciton_ausnz @sciton_inc @demi.sciton and @darylmossburg for keeping our brains ticking and my skin fresh AF!

Reflecting on last week's TEOXANE Symposium x Sydney26 and POPPING my presenting 🍒

I liken it to getting a tattoo; at the time you're thinking, “what the *** am I doing?!”..... but once it’s done, you can't wait to do it again!

A little nerve-wracking, a lot outside my comfort zone, but such a privilege to share the stage, share ideas, and learn alongside some incredibly talented people in our industry.

Grateful, humbled and very much still pinching myself! A HUGE thank you to @teoxane_australia @teoxanepro_australia for giving me this wonderful opportunity, and to @cosmeticdoctorbrisbane @drjanelucas_cosmeticdoctor for guiding me through my first time! 💜💜💜

our june / july favourites 🤍
a little collection of what’s been carrying us through winter so far - wellness spaces we love, podcasts on repeat for those chilly morning walks, and the shows we’ve been winding down with at the end of the day (on the couch with a cuppa + loco ofc 💆🏼‍♀️)

all of the little things that make days feel a little softer & brighter - save for later, send to a friend, or let us know what’s been on your winter favourites list lately 💖

God decided to give me ADHD, asthma AND ENDO!!! But he also gave me a bloody good sense of humour, so I’ll take that. If I’ve had to cancel on you on a social event lately or I haven’t replied to a message or I’ve missed something, it’s because I’ve probably been in bed with a wheat bag or having a hot shower to help relieve some of the pain I’ve been in. Along with a severe break out (thank youuuuu hormones) also, thank you to my angel Adriana @fika.clinic for helping me calm this breakout down to make it manageable and significantly less inflamed 🥺🤍 I’ve been in extreme pain, fatigued out of my eyeballs (no, really - one morning after an early start teaching Pilates, I had to pull over and have a micro nap to get home). I’m sorry I haven’t been present on here or in general, but the reality is I’m living with a chronic illness and I’m just doing my best at the moment, while wait lists are pretty extreme to get in to a gynaecologist to look at my next options on trying to “live” with this condition! To my friends and family who just have dealt with me when I fall off the face of the earth, thank you 🦢🤍 to my fellow endo queens - I see you. X

But I’m so glad the girls convinced me to join in and @staceymcleanphoto made me feel so so comfortable 🥹🫶🏼 love my @fika.clinic fam and will cherish these photos forever 💚
