HOOOOOOOORAY TO OUR FIRST PUBLIC GIG @filfiesta559 thank you so much for having us!! 🎉

i’m so grateful for our family and friends who have supported us nonstop ever since it was just kc and i. thank u thank u to honorary anklebiter @ariaridabs for helping us along this journey 💗but most of all, i’m so thankful that i got to meet and become a part of this amazing group of people. we were all strangers at one point, and now i see you guys as my own brothers and sisters. 🥹

practices and rehearsals with you guys have never once felt exhausting, boring, or tedious. you guys have made this band everything i’ve ever dreamed of it to be, and i genuinely couldn’t be happier to have found people i can share my love for music with. i wouldn’t trade this experience for anything. thank you for making this band feel like so much more than just a band. here’s to more gigs and memories together!!

@filfiesta559 was an absolute delight! I loved meeting so many Filipino community members, including kids, teachers, artists, and activists from around our city! I got to read my children’s book, Kailani’s Gift, and sign copies of my books. I loved witnessing how meaningful it was for people to see representation! The festival was full of fantastic food, live music, and amazing art. Fresno was out there showing up! 🇵🇭🎉🎶

Maraming salamat, Fil Fiesta 559. 🇵🇭🙏

Three years in, and Fulton Street felt like home today. The food, the music, the art, the titas, the kids running between booths — this is what our community looks like when it shows up for itself.

To @filfiesta559, @maarte.fresno, and every volunteer who made the 3rd annual Fil Fiesta 559 happen: thank you for letting Spoliarium Productions be part of it. Proud to stand alongside the other sponsors who believe in this community.

And to everyone who stopped by our booth, entered the raffle, bought tickets, or just said kumusta — see you December 4. 🎄

Congratulations to our raffle winners! 🎉

🎤🔥 ALL FOUR CHAIRS TURNED FOR HER ON THE VOICE… AND WE GOT TO MEET HER IN PERSON! 🤯🌟

Imagine being just 15 years old and having ALL FOUR celebrity coaches turn their chairs for your incredible voice! 😱👏

Meet the amazingly talented KOUMBA DIALLO, the Filipino-Guinean American singing sensation from Delano, California, who wowed the coaches during Season 30 of NBC’s The Voice! 🎶🇵🇭🇺🇸

🌟 Her breathtaking rendition of “Stone Cold” by Demi Lovato earned her the coveted FOUR-CHAIR TURN, and she ultimately joined Team Kelly Clarkson! 🎤❤️

And guess what? We had the wonderful opportunity to meet her at FilFiesta 559 in Fresno, California! 🇵🇭🎉

Hearing her powerful, soulful voice LIVE was absolutely unforgettable! But what impressed us just as much was how genuinely sweet, humble, and gracious she was. ❤️

Despite her rising fame, Koumba took time to chat, share smiles, and take pictures with us! My beautiful wife Joanne even got a special photo with this incredible young star! 🥰📸

We also captured a memorable group photo with the awesome Spoon & Fork / Bread & Butter crew, led by Chef Mark and his lovely wife, Jamna! 👨‍🍳❤️

🎂🎉 AND HERE’S THE SWEETEST PART…

TOMORROW, OCTOBER 25, KOUMBA TURNS SWEET 16! 🥳🎈

Happy 16th Birthday, Koumba! 🎂❤️ May God continue to bless you with happiness, success, and countless opportunities to share your extraordinary gift with the world!

From four turning chairs on national television to touching hearts right here in Fresno, your journey is just beginning! 🌟

We’re so proud to have met you and witnessed your incredible talent firsthand!

💖 REMEMBER THIS NAME: KOUMBA DIALLO! 🎤✨

🇵🇭🇺🇸 LOOK WHO I RAN INTO AT FILFIESTA559! 🎤📺🌟

What an awesome way to celebrate Filipino American History Heritage Month! 🇵🇭❤️

Had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Dale Yurong of ABC30 Action News, one of our very own Filipino-American celebrities and a familiar face in Central Valley news!

Such a genuinely friendly, humble, and down-to-earth guy! Great conversation, warm smiles, and an unforgettable moment! 📸🙌

Events like FilFiesta559 remind us how wonderful it is to come together, celebrate our rich Filipino heritage, embrace our culture, and recognize fellow Filipinos who continue to make our community proud!

Proud of our roots. Proud of our heritage. Proud to be Filipino! 🇵🇭❤️🇺🇸
