Brewing up this delicious Guatemalan coffee from @hasbean on espresso today.

I just dialed it in and its tasting great and pulling really well too.

Using my new sense cup from @orea.uk for the espresso is actually really nice too!

LCF thanks🙏 Last few days were remarkable 👌 I got a chance to meet up with some of my old coffee friends and also make many many new ones🥰
•
During the festival i was able to brew some amazing beans at @therightroast stand where i got a chance to try all the coffees from Acid edition and all four of them are incredibly tasty😋
•
I was touched to see my coffee Colombia Don Gallego brewed by @orea.uk 🔥 Delicately designed brewer that highlights the sweetness of coffee beans.
•
Festival season is probably the most exciting part of the year for me😝 Cannot wait for LCF 2023🇬🇧

@docksideroastery Ethiopia Haro.
•
Sweet, punchy, full of Strawberry and really easy to get a good shot, I’m 3/4 the way through this bag and am loving it.
It makes a great Pour over, mainly using the Origami and has given me a smile every weekend for the past few weeks!
•
Unlike most other lighter, fruity roasts, this manages to shine through with milk based drinks and has produced some AMAZING binge worthy Flat whites and Cortados.

If you haven’t already, go check them out!

WDT Needle Combos 😮

I have been playing around with my WDT mixing some 0.35mm needles with some 0.25mm needles. I found it to be a lot less flexible than using 0.25mm on their own and everything distributes very well. I need to keep playing to get a better idea of what it’s doing and if it’s an improvement over just using a single size!

Have you played with this, if so what have your results been like?

This WDT was designed by me and is available from @jasonmakestuff with 0.25mm, 0.35mm needles or both!

First Brew with the Orea V3 😍🔥

Rolling into Tuesday with some tasty brews - coffee is a Washed Rwandan from Friedhats thats been chilling in my freezer for a while. Tasting so good. Brewed using 15.5g Coffee and 250g of Water on my new Orea V3! It would be rude not to 😜

Absolutely love the bases for the new V3 brewer they just look stunning, especially when they catch the light. This one is the Ocean base!

I managed to catch some sunshine today in the house, not on my bar but I can't have it all 😂

#Brewednesday ? 👀👀

Brewing on the @orea.uk with a ‘negotiated’ chemex paper. I can’t wait for my round papers to come so I can play more!

I recorded this the other day and forgot to post it so it’s going up today 😂 I am currently enjoying a getaway Edinburgh and some of the wonderful coffee shops up here (hence the lack of home coffee making). It has been blast so far. Such a beautiful city!

Hope everyone is having a good week so far 👌🙌
