We began Day 2 of EriSummit 2026 with Eris in Stride, led by @wonduworldwide! 🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️

Our community showed up bright and early at the Washington Monument for a morning of movement, wellness, and good energy. We ran, walked, stretched, caught up, and made new connections along the way.

The morning also featured a book signing at @pressclubdc for Mike’s recently released book, 641 Principles, a collection of practical lessons on growth, discipline, leadership, and everyday life.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make Eri in Stride such a memorable part of EriSummit 2026! Here’s to more opportunities to come together, prioritize wellness, and strengthen the connections that bring our community together.

Start your morning moving with the Eris in Stride Run Club before Day 1 of the conference begins.

Join Mike Wondu, a Seven Continents Marathon Club member who has completed a marathon on every continent, for a group run through the heart of DC.

It’s a chance to get some miles in, meet fellow attendees, and connect before heading into the conference.

We’ll wrap up with coffee, matcha & light bites.
