Why is cycle tracking the #1 thing every woman should be doing right now?

In my latest podcast episode, I sit down with menstrual cycle coach @find.your.flow_ to discuss why understanding our cycle is essential for women at every age and stage of life. 🎙️💡

If you’ve ever wanted to ditch the guesswork and tune into your natural rhythm—or if you’re navigating a season where you need to guide a loved one through her own transition—this episode is for you!

Stay in the know and download our app! So far we have 18 gals signed up for our fundraiser walk with @karitraa & @titsdeepforbreastcancer ! This is for such a great cause, spreading awareness and raising funds for breast cancer. There’s still time to sign up and our link is in our bio. Children don’t just enter adolescence overnight. It’s meant to be a gentle unfurling marked with intention and care. 🦋

We facilitate a gentle threshold over the course of the school year that’s guided by community care, plant remembering, hands on crafting, song and movement. 🩸

Girls Circle begins in 2 weeks and we have 2 incredible facilitators joining us:

🪽Jaden Sparrow Menstrual Health educator and global retreat facilitator @find.your.flow_ and Dagny, rites of passage guide and nervous system expert @theartofrest.me 🌼

If you are unable to join us this semester you can sign up for our waitlist for spring by DMing us here or emailing Melissa@earthwithingirls.org ☀️

Is there a girl in your life on the edge of adolescence? 🩸

Girls Circle is a weekly after-school gathering in Missoula built around plant wisdom, nature connection, and ceremony, where girls learn to understand their own cycles rather than getting lost in the unknown.

📍 Jeanette Rankin Peace Center and River Path
📅 Thursdays 2:45-5pm, starting October 1st
👧 Ages 10-14

💛 Scholarships available

If you know a girl who could use a soft place to land during this transition, we would love to have her.

Especially at the beginning of my cycle, I feel fatigue and heavy. Yoga doesn’t have to stop, it just has to support your body. Low to the ground, getting into the hips and taking big breaths is where I am at.

What helps you when you are feeling fatigue or heavy in your body?
