Let’s bring back “Woman Crush Wednesday.” 💛

Because our female friends who are out there absolutely killing it deserve to be celebrated. The women chasing big dreams, taking chances, building businesses, writing books, and putting something meaningful into the world. Let’s champion them. Buy the book. Share their work. Say their names in rooms full of opportunity. Be loud about how proud we are.

Today, I’m celebrating my best friend, Jennifer Rook, and her book, The Joy Revolution. Jenni, seeing your name on this cover makes me so incredibly proud. Knowing that other people get to experience a little of the wisdom and heart I’m lucky enough to know through our friendship makes it even more special.

This book has been incredible in my own life. In the middle of juggling all the things, it’s a reminder to make room for joy along the way. It’s become something I keep coming back to, and it comes with me on every adventure. From Texas to Hawaii, I never leave it at home. 🌎📖

If you’ve been feeling overbooked, overwhelmed, or could use a little more joy in your days, pick up a copy of The Joy Revolution on Amazon!

Love you, Rook!!! I’ll always be cheering you on. 💕

My sister wrote this book and it is the greatest medicine I can think of. ❤️

There is nothing we need more during these times than reconnecting to our joy and it’s vitality to our mental health and day to day living. We can’t keep running on fumes.

She has so many years of experience in her field, and this book help me understand the ins and outs of what goes on in my busy brain when I am stuck in stress, anxiety, and doom and gloom.

Get one for yourself, get one for a friend. Find your GRACE. Find your daily practice. ❤️‍🩹🧘🏻‍♀️

Summer is so close I can taste it!!! Weekends in the summer are filling up fast!

Who wants to go camping with us?? 🏕️🔥

We have ALL of the fun toys from @lippert__ : a pop up gazebo so the kids have a safe place to play without worrying about them getting eaten up by mosquitos, cozy camping chairs, and I’ll throw Jim Bose on the griddle to cook us some delicious food! There will be dance parties and cozy fires too! As of now I have the van and the adorable Shasta!! Working on my next RV to buy too… (reveal soon!)

So give me alllll the reasons to go escape to the woods and camp together! Let’s go my friends!! 🏕️🚐

There’s a ton of amazing campgrounds nearby so let me know and let’s pick some dates!

10 years ago today 💙

I gave up my childhood dream of marrying my sister 🥹

So she could marry this guy 🤣

Happy Anniversary to the funniest and funnest couple I know! I love you both so so much. You were most beautiful bride in the world and are the hottest mama ever!
