A look back at GROW 2026 | Module 3: Brand Clarity Sprint ✨ On September 17th, our GROW community spent four immersive hours going beyond the surface of branding and exploring what truly makes a business clear, memorable, and meaningful. Led by Tala Hammash @findtala, founder of @jenin.ae and Marcia McLeod @beingmarciamcleod, the session was filled with hands-on exercises, reflection, conversation, laughter, support, and moments of real breakthrough. Tala took participants through the foundations of building a brand, from finding their brand voice and understanding their customer to shaping their story and making clearer decisions about how they show up in their business. As part of GROW 2026 we are excited to share new and enhanced modules 3&4. Module 3 ‘Brand Clarity Sprint’ is taking place this Thursday, and we are happy to invite whoever is interested to work on their company brand to take part alongside the current GROW cohort. Date and Location: Thursday, September 17, at 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Hub71, Abu Dhabi. Facilitated by Tala Hammash @findtala and Marcia McLeod @beingmarciamcleod Tala has worked in brand and storytelling at New York University and built her own brand, @jenin.ae, which has been featured on Spinneys, Khaleej Times, Shark Tank, and others. Marcia is a Leadership Coach and Human Design expert who guides women to tell their story and communicate authentically. Session Brief: Brand is one of the most misunderstood concepts. Most people think a brand is a logo, colors, a website… but that’s just the tip of the iceberg! To build a brand is to build the language that brings your business to life, keeps it memorable in customers’ minds, and establishes you as an authority in your industry. A strong brand is the foundation for a strong business. I miss running my @tasteLebanon tours 💜 For obvious reasons, until further notice, I’m not actively marketing them or pushing forward with @tastewana I don’t feel right actively promoting tourism while Lebanon and the region continue to endure w@r and ge.n.oc$d£ . Also, many of the places that make these tours so special, particularly the off-the-beaten-path places, have themselves been affected and the people and artisans that make them what they are ❤️‍🩹 But I do still run them by request and to limited areas. This was a few weeks ago, when I whisked some dear friends on a #winewander of the bekaa, after a several-year hiatus. And, honestly, it reminded me just how much I love this part of my work. The fieldwork. The wandering, the stories, the wine, the food, the crafts, the people, the places. Coming home. No matter what. What a privilege 🙏🧿💕

Over the last year I've found myself drawn to filming the people who leave the world a little better than they found it. Aziz and Tala are two of those people. They invited me into their world to share the story behind Jenin, a company built around culture, food and bringing people together.
