Currently feeling flat and tired, but this is probably the first week where prep has really started to hit.

I’d take that, I’m around 3 weeks out. 🫡

The only cravings I’ve got are to dig deeper and keep pushing.

TD:
• 3,000 kcal
• 250g protein
• 375g carbs
• 50g fats

Still progressing in the gym, with weights and reps continuing to move in the right direction.

Made a minor drop in food today after speaking with Finn. Now it’s about staying locked in, trusting the process and executing.

3 weeks out. Still more to come off 👍🏻

Cologne bts 😤

What a trip, bodybuilding, good food and great people

Bodybuilding has a stigma of being a lonely sport, the work can be lonely yes in terms of no one is there at 4:30am in your garage whilst your grinding out your cardio but the majority of the time if you have a good circle around you it can be the complete opposite.

Support from all the lads, pushing each other in every session.

Conversations just regarding pursuing potential.

And a good fkn laugh!

These moments are what it’s about 🤝

What a day yesterday, zero pressure, zero expectations and managed to walk away with the lot.

This show was literally planned in to gain the british finals invite and that is it so with the result I am thrilled!

In the morning I joked saying it’s time to pick up from where I left off last year taking the overall in my last show and kind of just made it happen.

The line up was very strong, filled with great physiques and all good lads!

3 weeks to get better 🇩🇪

Big thanks to everyone’s messages and support but most importantly @reecefit for sailing the ship and landing me perfectly for the opener!

As well @ellielouisecrick always supporting me and killing it with the base coat as tan was spot on! ❤️
