From the First Lady of BMF to renowned author. 📚
Dr. Tonesa Welch went from the top of the Black Mafia Family to a federal prison cell — and rebuilt herself into an author, speaker, and living proof that your past doesn’t get the final word.
Her memoir Black Mafia Queen tells the whole story. We break it down at the link in bio ⬆️

A STROKE CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE. IT DOESN’T HAVE TO END YOUR STORY. 🥊

Let’s Go Champ!: Winning at Life After Stroke is the powerful story of DeAndre Windom’s fight to move forward after a stroke.

This is a book about faith.

Resilience.

Recovery.

And finding the strength to keep fighting when life hits you with something you never expected.

If you’re a stroke survivor, love someone recovering from a stroke, or you’re facing a life-changing setback of your own, this story carries a simple message:

YOU’RE STILL IN THE FIGHT.

Give it to someone who needs encouragement.

Give it to a family navigating recovery.

Or read it when you need to remember that your hardest chapter does not have to be your last chapter.
