A beautiful sunny Christening at @fischersbaslow 🤍

We were delighted to be invited to set up for a family Christening at the beautiful Baslow Hall.

We set up our outdoor games and some toys in the stunning gardens as well as a little play corner inside for the smaller children to enjoy.

Remember we don't just do weddings. Our play corners can be set up for any occasion to keep the little ones busy and entertained throughout your celebrations 🤍

A fantastic foraging day with Sam from @foragingforages
:
Ever so informative and helpful in identifying mushrooms and explaining how we pick and cook them, so much variety available, we even ate ants that tasted of lemon sherbet..
:
The group stumbled across so many different varieties such as porcini and one of my favourites hen of the woods mushrooms.
:
After a morning foraging we headed back to @fischersbaslow with our array of mushrooms for our incredible chefs to prepare the group a remarkable meal.
:
A lovely group of guests who all had so much fun enjoying the great outdoors, we have more foraging courses available with Sam here at @fischersbaslow to see the year out, I highly recommend 🍄🍄‍🟫
:
Booking is essential as these foraging events sell out fast..
:
Thanks again to all the wonderful guests and to Sam for such an incredible day.

@fischersbaslow
Join us in October for our next event.
Please contact Fischers for all event information.

Oooooof!!!! What a day! Today I lead a course for @fischersbaslow I had a wonderful group of people with me on our wander through the woods and we were very lucky with the first porcini of the year and two pristine hen of the woods mushrooms

Most of the mushrooms were enjoyed by the guests at Fischer’s cooked by their amazing chefs, but I brought a bit of hen home and had it oven cooked until crispy with some hazelnut oil and salt and pepper dulse… and I can only say @wildbiomeproject heaven
