WHAT DYLAN DID DIFFERENT 👇 👇
-
Dylan worked with me during my 6 week free coaching program
-
He has a full time job, family to see, friends to hang with, had to travel for work…
-
But followed my program the best that he could given the circumstances and time availability
-
And still blew up his back during that time.
-
We’re all busy, but never busy enough to not prioritize ourselves and our goals.
-
If you’re interested in learning more about the program I gave to Dylan, book a call through the link in my bio or DM me “BACK”❤️

6 WEEKS - WHAT DYLAN DID DIFFERENTLY ⬇️⬇️
-
#1 He started challenging himself.
- Dylan started increasing the weight he lifted despite being nervous about it.

#2 He implemented the High Intensity -
Low Volume style of training.
- Dylan lowered the amount of reps and increased the weight he lifted to force his muscles to adapt. Which made them actually grow.

#3 He focused on hitting his protein goal.
- Protein is the building block/foundation for muscle building. It’s what your body used to fill in those tears in your muscle fibers to grow larger.

#4 He implemented cardio.
- Dylan did 20-30 minutes of low intensity steady state cardio after each workout. LISS cardio puts your heart rate in the sweet spot to burn fat but keep lean muscle.

#5 He worked regardless of where he was.
- Dylan had to travel a lot through the training but spent his nights in hotel gyms and finding restaurants and foods with better calorie and macro options. Could not be more proud of the work he put in.

#6 He started working with me😏
