Literal power couple. 💪❤️

Huge congratulations to Soph @fitbysophbof and Kyle @kyle_madsen_fit , who apparently just went and ELOPED and got married!! 🥹💍

Honestly, these two could not be more adorable together—and I feel like this photo is fairly compelling evidence that “power couple” can, in fact, be taken completely literally. 😂

Am I selfishly a little bitter that I didn’t get invited to the wedding? Yes. Obviously. I’ll recover eventually. 😌

But seriously—so happy for you both. ❤️

And if anyone wants to send the newlyweds a little wedding love, here’s their registry:

Everyone’s primary goal in life should be to look this badass—even if you can only pull it off once, for a couple of seconds. 😅

Soph, however, appears to have made it a permanent condition. 🔥 ✨ @fitbysophbof ✨

Athena, I will love you for the rest of my life and cherish every hike, swim, cuddle, + adventure we shared together.

Athena + I lived together the summer of 2019, right after my first year of college. That was a really hard summer for me mentally. My mom had moved to a different state, I didn’t know many people outside of my summer job, + I was going through a lot. But I always had Athena.

She was there for me during a really dark time when I didn’t have many people to lean on. She was the most loyal, loving, sweetest baby and truly the best family dog we ever could’ve asked for.

That summer we went on so many hikes, swam in the pool together, cuddled constantly, + had a few near-death experiences scaling the sides of mountains 😂

She was my little adventure buddy and my best friend that summer when I needed one more than I probably even realized at the time.

I’m going to miss you so much, Athena. Thank you for loving me the way you did + for being there through some of the hardest and best moments of my life.

part of me can’t help but think you’re with Grandma now. She loved you so much, + I know you loved her just as much. There’s something comforting about imagining the two of you together again.

I’ll see you + Grandma again one day.

Love you forever, sweet girl. 🤍

✨ As further proof that life is completely unfair...

Not only is @sophia_fernandez a photographer herself — check out her gorgeous work at @sophbof.pov — but then she steps in front of the camera and models like THIS without even trying. 😑🔥

The body composition, however? That part is definitely not an accident. A whole lot of intelligence, discipline, consistency, and hard work goes into making this look effortless. Mad props. 👏🏼

And conveniently, if you’d like to learn how she does that part, she literally coaches women at @fitbysophbof [just saying]. 🎯

Soph has officially entered her rich & famous supermodel era and I’m just here documenting it. 😎✨

@fitbysophbof making “effortlessly expensive” look way too easy.

📸 More from this ridiculously good shoot coming soon.
