When I tell you I STRUGGLED to do these for years when I first started lifting, I’m not exaggerating. These are the steps it actually took to finally get just one. Give it a shot, have a little patience, and eventually you WILL get it 💪

This 15 minutes will make a huge difference in your day, specially in those days where you feel tired and with no energy.

Start small and keep it consistent, that’s the secret that have been letting me stay consistent over 15+ years, specially after becoming a dad 6 years ago.

Stop waiting for the perfect time, because you will end up waiting.

A deficit can be used for a lot of different exercises. It provides a fuller range of motion which essentially is providing progressive overload to your workouts.

Don’t make the mistake of not using it to your full advantage though!

Happy lifting! 💪

Footwear should enhance you 👟

Your feet aren’t the problem. You just need footwear that doesn’t get in the way.

No additional support. No more cushion. No pointed toe boxes. No extra stiffness.

Just your foot allowed to naturally function. Free you feet!

The number one thing I wish all women could understand is that someone else’s bone structure is not your bone structure. The hard work that looks really good on someone else might look completely different on you. All you can do is workout to be the best version of YOU.

20-minute push workout 💪

🔥 Bench Press
• Warm-up: Empty bar
• 3 working sets 4-6 reps
• Last set: Heavy, close to failure

🔥 Superset × 3
• Handstand Push-Ups × 6
• Toes-to-Bar × 10

🔥 Superset × 2-3
• Elevated Pseudo Push-Ups × 10
• Diamond Push-Ups × 10

Adjust it to your level:
✔️ Bench → Dumbbell bench or push-ups
✔️ Handstand push-ups → Shoulder press or pike push-ups
✔️ Toes-to-bar → Hanging knee raises or dead bugs
✔️ Pseudo push-ups → Regular push-ups

20 minutes. High effort. No wasted time.

Save this for your next push workout. 💪

How to build the perfect leg day if you’re hitting legs at least 2x /week!

Btw I did not come up with this formula on my own, I learned this by reading @bretcontreras1 book ‘Glute Lab’, but I can confirm that this will give you a solid leg day and not leave you SO sore that you can’t hit legs a second or even third time in a week 🤓
