Back in my 20s I would do these with heavy weight 😜

Now, I top of my leg workouts with light weight reps to prove I still have good knees 😁 and can still drop it - drop it - low - low 🎵 🎶 🎵

#formoverweight

Test your balance by keeping heels apart or modify slightly with heels touching. In any case, keep your torso lifted as much as possible.

Up early before work. You can call it
#mealprep I call it #feedingmysoul because I'm gonna be hungry when I walk in the door!

Yep, I switched it up by using lemon juice versus vinegar - because I eat for me - not for recipes - and vinegar is too acidic for my stomach.

This is one of my fav 🥰 areas to help clients with - learning to eat for THIER bodies versus what's popular and mainstream.

Everything that is "healthy" isn't always the best for YOUR body. Much in the same way not every medication works for every body.

Let's formulate YOUR custom plan.

At it once again! #inthekitchenwithstorm

If you missed my last few posts about a tasty immunity boost potion, here it is again. Just made a new batch and tried something different - I used dried chili peppers 🌶 vs ground cayenne 🌶 pepper. Can you say 🔥 🥵

With flu season upon us and if you're going to be around a group of people for the holidays, it's important to build your immune system!

Immunity Building Shots Ingredients!
-ginger root (sub ground ginger)
-turmeric root (sub ground turmeric)
-lemon
-fresh garlic cloves (sub garlic powder)
-dried chili pepper (sub ground cayenne pepper or fresh chili pepper)
-raw honey (sub apple or agave)
-filtered water (sub alkaline or distilled)

Quick, easy and very beneficial!!!

Steps:
*I suggest wearing plastic gloves, especially when straining the potion to avoid dying your fingers yellow and avoiding durect contact with fredh peppers.

After peeling the #ginger, #turmeric and #garlic, toss all ingredients in a blender for about 30-60 sec. Then, strain and pour into shot glasses and drink daily first thing in the morning on an empty stomach!

Note: save and freeze the pulp for soup and other recipes! Use the lemon 🍋 in your garbage disposal or on your face and body!!!

Thank me later!
