Wednesday, the Trailblazers sweated it out with certified exercise physiologist and owner of Fitness Resources, Mark Mayes. Following the resistance band workout with Mark, participants shared a hot meal from our friends at Life Care Alliance, who graciously provide the lunch portion of our monthly Lunch & Learn series.
