If you’re a foodie but like your structure and have a physique goal. You may think you have to restrict what you’re eating but that’s not the case, sometimes a simple swap is all that’s needed for the most benefit. Here are my top 4 x

1. Full sugar drinks/ juices - on a day to day basis, I opt for no sugar drinks or straight water so I can enjoy more of what I like - FOOD 🥘 this way I’m not blowing over my calories for the day but if I’m going out for a meal, I will get whatever drink I feel like

2. Not getting the tub of ice cream - this has far more calories and I know that at the end of the day I’m not interested in weighing out dessert. Instead I grab a single serve option like a Cyclone or Magnum, I get my sweet treat and stay on track 🍦

3. Skipping sweet breakfasts when eating out - I LOVE a sweet treat but find the pancakes, waffles and other sweet breakfasts at cafes end up being close to my daily caloric intake. Instead, I opt for something fairly simple that has roughly a serve of protein in it. If I really want pancakes for breakfast, I’ll make them my way at home where I know they’ll be perfect 👌🏼

4. Meal prep most meals - meal prep means I can eat food I like, that meets my macros and helps me achieve my goals without letting the fact I’m tired or had a big day dictate my actions. To me, having structure means I feel at peace and I enjoy my food.

Here’s the warm hug little you needed 🧸

My fitness journey started in a really negative space, I wanted to change purely bc I was made to believe there was something wrong with how I looked and I fear this is becoming apparent for a lot of women of all ages as the skinny trend is back at it again.

Take it from me, there is no hating yourself into sustainable change. It can only spark the fire to want more for yourself, you then need to give yourself a little TLC during the process and watch the magic happen x
