Years in hospitality, luxury, a sales job that comes with its perks, sounds all fancy, and I lived it for 15 years with five-star hotel chains.

Now, this career was very rewarding but it came at the cost of family time.

I first joined FITTR as a part-time coach.

That was when I discovered how fulfilling it felt to help people transform, and I eventually decided to leave the hotel industry and take up coaching full-time.

I gained fat during my bulking phase and found it difficult to balance my clients, household responsibilities, caring for my daughter and my fitness.

But I slowly found my rhythm again, reduced my weight from 71.3 kg to 61.8 kg, and achieved my best physique so far.

I rewrote my story,
Comment “TRANSFORM” to start rewriting yours.

(coach, weight loss journey, lifestyle change, health transformation, sustainable fitness, mental wellbeing, FITTR, fitness journey)

Three days in Pune.
Deep learning, real conversations, and a clear vision for where preventive health care is heading.

This workshop wasn’t just about labs, systems, and frameworks. It was about understanding how we, as coaches, can create impact long before disease shows up.

I’m grateful to be part of FITTR’s journey as it expands into preventive health care and brings evidence based tools closer to people who need them. From metabolic markers to lifestyle coaching, from hands on discussions with the medical team to practical implementation sessions, every day gave us something we can use with our clients immediately.

A big thank you to the entire FITTR team for hosting us, guiding us, and helping us see what the next decade of coaching can look like. Feeling inspired, aligned, and ready to bring this back to the people I coach.
