HYROX competition prep 3 weeks out 🔥

El come to me to help her 4 weeks out from comp just to help guide her through her last phase 👊🏼

We focused on still getting her strength & skill work in but reducing volume.

My main focus was preparing the body for the competition since Hyrox is very lower heavy we need to think about prepping ⬇️

- hips
- knees
- ankles

I’ll then take her into her taper working on competition sharpness, speed, & power 💥

10 weeks until our first HYROX🤭

Couldn’t ask for a better partner to train with. We match each others energy & vibe🤏🏼 We’re the same person just blonde & brunette🤣

Having the right HYROX partner is KEYYYYY🔑
* Similar running ability
* Similar strengths/weaknesses
* Communication is HUGE (Working together is a bonus😛)
* Trust each other
* Similar mentality
* Pacing together
* Suffer together🫠

So so excited to do this with you and DEFINITELY a lot more to come…♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
