Sugar is a silent killer. Processed sugar is. Not fruits! People keep comparing white processed sugar to fruits and they are two completely different things.

Fruits are the perfect food for humans. The nutritional value in fruits are magnificent. White processed sugar has absolutely no nutritional value for the human body. There’s only side effects with white processed sugar.

Regardless, most people never went at least a year without eating processed sugar in their entire lives. They will never know how good they can truly feel if they stopped eating sugar. For the ones who want to elevate spiritually, removing processed sugar from your eating lifestyle is a great start.
