Block 1 Week 4 Primary SBD

Competition Squat: 210kg / 463lbs x5
Competition Bench Press: 150kg / 331lbs x1
Competition Deadlift: 225kg / 496lbs x5 (PR)

Feeling strong again! Heaviest week four I’ve done in a while. Also grateful to have PR’d my deadlift for a best set of five. Huge baseline to start prep with!

315x1 @195 bw. Been wanting this for a long long time, very grateful to have the opportunity to finally do it. God is good.

This took me an embarrassingly long time to edit.
