Huge shoutout to @fixedbykg for getting me fixed up today!

So incredibly knowledgeable and intentional with her body work — she found exactly what needed attention and got me moving and feeling SO much better.

When you ask this much of your body, having the right people in your corner matters.

Thank you, KG, for working your magic and helping keep this Olympia body moving.

Today, I made the decision to surrender myself fully to God again. ✝️

I was baptized as a baby, but over these past few months, my relationship with God and my faith in Jesus have grown in ways I never expected. This time, I wanted it to be my decision a conscious commitment to follow Him, trust His plan for my life, and continue becoming the man He is calling me to be.

I’m far from perfect, and I know this journey is only beginning, but today represents a new chapter in my life. A life led by faith, purpose, obedience, and love. 🙏🏽

To my beautiful girlfriend, thank you for walking beside me through this journey, encouraging me, loving me, and supporting the man I’m becoming. I love you more than you know, and I’m beyond grateful God placed you in my life baby ❤️

And to my friends, family, and everyone who has followed and supported me through this journey especially those who showed up to share this special day with me thank you. It meant more than I can put into words.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
-2 Corinthians 5:17 ✝️

All glory to God. This is only the beginning. 🙏🏽

@realm.podcast Most people hear the word sinner and immediately think of an incredibly bad person. But biblically, sin is much broader than that. Understanding that difference changes how you understand Christianity, morality, and why sin matters in the first place.

Weekly maintenance is non-negotiable when you ask this much from your body 💯

Training hard is only one piece of the puzzle you must take care of the rest with recovery, mobility, breaking up the tissue, and keeping my body moving the way it should are just as important.

My weekly bodywork sessions with @fixedbyKG @kg_recoverylounge here in Vegas have become such an important part of keeping me performing at my best. Taking care of the body that allows me to do what I love. 🤍

Train hard. Recover harder. 🔒 THIS IS KEY 🔑
