Such a great morning spent at @kingstrust North West HQ in Manchester! 💙❄️

Caught up with the team to chat about the journey so far, from life as a local guy in Stockport to preparing for 700 miles solo across the Antarctic ice.

We talked about how resilience isn’t a superpower or something you’re born with, it’s built step-by-step, routine-by-routine, and 60 minutes at a time.

Huge thank you to Georgie and the Manchester crew for having me in and for all the support. Looking forward to coming back to share the stories once I’m off the ice! 🇦🇳

We are in Zambia

🇫🇮 SUOMEKSI
Matkan loppu alkaa lähestyä, mutta samaan aikaan maali tuntuu edelleen kovin kaukaiselta. Enää kaksi kuukautta aikaa päästä tämän haasteen maaliin! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

🇬🇧 IN ENGLISH
We’ve now crossed Tanzania and reached the fourth-to-last country on our journey from North Cape in Norway to South Africa: Zambia! 🇿🇲
Tanzania was incredibly beautiful, with some wildlife encounters and maaaaany, many uphills and downhills! 😅 We love nature and having some space around us, but we have to say that literally every local we met in this country was incredibly kind to us. ❤️
The end of our journey is getting closer, but somehow the finish line still feels so far away. Only two months left to reach the finish line of this challenge! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

🤝 Please note we received some of the gear you see we are using in this video.
