I really feel like things are starting to take shape this week. I've finally got into the 140s this morning, and although the scales mean nothing really, it's a lovely sight!!

Training is flying with a deload pending so we can spend christmas with the babies, where we belong.

Will my lower be in proportion to my upper on stage, after 3 leg days a week for 18 months? That is the question! 🤣

Flex Friday 🤘🏻🤘🏻

8.5 weeks into the post show recovery phase now.

Bodyweight is sitting at 101kg currently.

And Being completely transparent I’ve been going through a pretty dark patch at the moment mentally. But I’m slowly getting out the other side of it. Sometimes you just need to face your battles head on. As @joe_physiquecollective has said “no way out but through”

Suffering in silence is never the way 🫶

Also , Another session successfully logged on the phenomenal @rpstrength Hypertrophy App. Super excited to use the app when this improvement phase really kicks off in January!

The Hypertrophy app was a huge part in my progression from 2022 - the 2024 competitive season so I’m keen to have it helping me lay down improvements in all the right places across 2025 🤘🏻🤌🏻

Clips from yesterday’s final session of the block!

I’m very, very happy with how this block has gone. Strength up and it’s been so smooth sailing. A lot of PBs and a real focus and determination. Feel like we’re in a very good spot at the moment ready to take on the challenges of 2025 👀. Food was pumped up slightly last week with average weight over the week only up by 0.5lb.

Time for some well deserved rest time now, work finished until new year and a deload!

Merry Christmas to me 🎅🏾🎁
After 5 weeks of trying, I finally pulled that 6th rep which has been alluding me. Very happy and it’s literally last session of the block before deload. I’m certified crispy at this point so it’s certainly welcomed 🤣

16 weeks out.
Lovely big drop this week, seeing some changes to my waist, legs, and back and taking me so close to being in the 140s. Haven't seen that number since August 2023, so I'm very excited to see it.
High day ordered today, no other changes to cardio or food, just keep working 💪🏻

Seen as I am.ill let's jump into the moment I presented my best physique to date.

This was the best I could do.

This was me all out!

And I am proud of what me and @matt_physiquecollective brought to the stage.

Plans are in place to be better.

Bigger, leaner all round better.

Watch out 2026

Client routine - “Take the crown - 2WEI”
.
It was my honour to create a routine for @leon_physiquecollective for the British final earlier this year, thank you for trusting me. Had the full reign of the entire process, picking the music, poses that suits Leon and some different style of posing, it was an absolute blast.
.
I’m excited to come up with more ideas, hit me up if you want to leave an impression on stage in 2025🕺

Tuesdays antics 🤘🏻

Got some posing in today after not doing some for a while due to life 😂

But felt nice to stick a tune on and free pose 🤌🏻 wicked game is a such a lovely song to pose to.

And then my first session of the week punched into the @rpstrength Hypertrophy app 🔥

Nice upper session ✅

The day is off to a fantastic start thus far 💪🏻
