Let’s talk triceps, ladies!💪

Skull crushers done right = stronger, more defined triceps. But it's important to keep it slow, controlled, and intentional.

And if you’re ready for a full plan you don’t have to think about, our Jessie’s Girls e-books are waiting for you at jessiefitness.com 💜

If you want to actually feel your biceps working, slow this one down.💜

Alternating single-arm curls are great for building strength on each side and keeping things controlled.

A few things to focus on:
-Keep your elbow pinned, don’t let it swing forward
-Control the weight on the way down (this part matters more than you think)
-Stay tall through your core so you’re not rocking back

If you’re ready to follow something that actually walks you through your workouts and nutrition, our 4–12 week programs are built for all levels.

You can check them out at jessiefitness.com 💪

If you’re not doing Bulgarian split squats, this is your sign!💪

Such a good movement for building strength, balance, and control on each leg. It’s challenging, but that’s kind of the point.😅

A few things to focus on:
-Take a slightly wider stance than normal so you have room to move
-Keep most of your weight in your front heel (back leg is just support)
-Drop straight down, don’t rush it
-Knee tracks in line with your toes

Want more quad? Stay a little more upright.
Want more glutes? Take a longer stance and lean slightly forward.

Start with bodyweight, get comfortable, then add dumbbells when you’re ready.

This is exactly how we break things down inside Jessie’s Girls, so you’re not guessing what to do or how to do it.

If you’re ready for a program that walks you through workouts and nutrition step by step, you can get started at jessiefitness.com 💜
