✨ THE COUNTDOWN BEGINS ✨

Almost here.

Nearly two years in the making—and a lifetime of experience behind every page.

As someone who is dyslexic, writing a book has brought me face-to-face with one of the loudest voices inside me:

“Who do you think you are to write a book?”

There were moments when I questioned whether I was capable, whether my words were good enough and whether I had any right to call myself an author.

But purpose does not always arrive in the form we expect. Sometimes, it asks us to move directly through the very thing that once made us feel inadequate.

The Winner’s Circle Method™ is more than a book to me. It brings together everything I have lived, learned and witnessed throughout my own journey and more than 15 years of helping others reconnect with themselves.

It was shaped through dyslexia, change, motherhood, survival, creativity, healing and the courage it takes to begin again. It also grew from the privilege of working with thousands of people and seeing what becomes possible when we stop rejecting parts of ourselves and begin bringing them back together.

This book is about understanding who you are, recognizing what has been guiding your choices and learning how to access the strength, purpose and potential already within you.

IDENTIFY • ACCEPT • ALIGN • ACTIVATE • CHANNEL

Know your purpose.
Trust what is within you.
Leave no part of yourself behind.

I am almost ready to place this book into the world—and becoming an author has reminded me that the voice asking, “Who do you think you are?” does not get to decide what we are capable of.

The countdown has officially begun. 🖤✨ The original is not AI content and created on Canva. This is a prototype for sizeing

✨ INTEGRATION IS WHERE TRANSFORMATION BEGINS. ✨

Within each of us are different parts, each carrying its own experiences, emotions, protective responses, strengths and needs.

Sometimes these parts work together. Other times, they pull us in different directions, creating internal conflict, emotional disconnection and patterns that keep repeating.

But what happens when we stop fighting our internal world and begin bringing every part into greater harmony?

✨ THE INTEGRATION / AWARENESS SYSTEM

Within The Winner’s Circle Method™, three essential parts support this process:

🌟 HIGHER SELF — Brings perspective, wisdom and alignment with our deeper values, helping us see beyond immediate emotional reactions.

💛 HEALER / INTEGRATOR — Creates space for compassion, reconciliation and cooperation between parts that may have been in conflict.

👁 OBSERVER — Allows us to recognise our thoughts, emotions and responses without judgment, creating greater awareness and conscious choice.

Together, these parts support communication across our six internal systems, allowing us to move from fragmentation towards coherence.

The goal is not to silence, suppress or eliminate any part of ourselves. It is to understand what each part needs and bring them into greater alignment.

Because even the parts we struggle with have a place within us.

When we create space for every part to be seen, heard and understood, we expand our capacity to access the wisdom, confidence, creativity and strength already within.

✨ Fragmentation limits access. Integration creates access.

Ultimate Wellness Conference Miami 2026

My second year attending @ultimatewellness.miami.

This year was different than the last for many reasons. I made new discoveries, ran into old friends, and made new friends.

I conduct a couple of interviews, supported friends @solballardtv and @jeffparker.love with the launch of @affirmology.ai. Yayyy!

I also got to taste test all three flavors of @getyld bone broth, and the oceanic healing of Euphotic by @themadalkemist in the @plantmagicmarketdc.

I’m looking forward to having follow up calls, tea and smoothie dates + attending all of the events I was invited to.

Way to go @julia.smila. Another successful @ultimatewellness.miami in the books. 🥳

What if what feels like a loss of faith… is sometimes a loss of access?

One part of you trusts.
Another doubts.

One part wants to surrender.
Another remembers the pain.

One part still hopes.
Another is already preparing for disappointment.

These parts do not make you contradictory. They reveal the different internal systems trying to protect, understand, and guide you from what they have learned and experienced.

The Winner’s Circle Method™ does not ask you to silence the doubt in order to strengthen the faith.

It asks you to bring awareness to both.

When we IDENTIFY what is active, ACCEPT what is present, ALIGN the parts that have become divided, ACTIVATE the internal state we need, and CHANNEL from greater wholeness, something begins to shift.

The internal battle can soften.

Safety can increase.

Trust can become more accessible.

And there may be more space for faith, meaning, connection, and possibility.

The Method does not create faith.

It creates a pathway toward greater internal coherence—so that what already holds meaning for you may become easier to access.

No Part Left Behind.™

Sometimes what feels like lost faith may also be understood as a loss of access.

✨ A year in the making… and my book cover is finally coming to life! ✨

I created this cover myself on Canva—starting with an idea, experimenting, learning, and working through at least 37 different versions before finally arriving at a design that feels right.

The back cover is still being revised, but it’s almost there. The book itself is now being edited and formatted, and I’m learning every step of the process as I go. I’m doing it all myself because this is only the beginning. This will be the first book in a series, and I’m so excited to finally be stepping fully into my path.

Sometimes, it can feel as though everything is working against you—when, in reality, you are being redirected towards your purpose.

The message I keep hearing loud and clear is:

✨ Trust the bigger picture. ✨

When fear comes into play, our perspective narrows. I have to reassure those fearful parts of me—to remind them to trust me, to have faith, and to believe that there is a much bigger mission unfolding… one that may be greater than I can currently imagine.

This book has been a journey of perseverance, trust, creativity, healing, and purpose—and it has only just begun.

I hope you’ll join me on this journey. 🤍✨

✨ When Every Part of You Is Supporting Your Journey

During a recent hypnotherapy session, my client entered a beautiful place of deep peace — a deserted island, sitting beside the ocean with her partner, surrounded by calm, space, and connection.

From this peaceful state, we explored the different parts of herself and invited them to communicate, listen, and come together with one shared purpose: to support her journey forward.

Every part carries its own wisdom, perspective, and highest intention for her wellbeing. When we take the time to connect with these parts, we can access the strength, clarity, and inner guidance that already exists within.

Through hypnotherapy, she was able to create a deeper relationship with these parts of herself — allowing them to work together, support one another, and guide her toward the clarity she was seeking.

✨ Every part of you has wisdom.
✨ Every part of you can support your journey.
✨ Every part of you holds a positive intention.
✨ And when your parts come together, your inner direction becomes clearer.

You already have so much within you. Sometimes, you simply need to create the space to hear it. 🌊✨ #thewinnerscirclemethod

PARTS ARE NOT THE ENEMY.

Every part of you formed for a reason.

Some learned to protect.
Some learned to survive.
Some learned to seek approval.
Some learned to stay safe.
Some simply adapted to what life demanded.

The problem isn’t that these parts exist. The problem is that they often continue responding as if the past is still the present.

When we aren’t consciously aware of our internal system, these parts begin competing for control instead of working together. One part wants connection, another pushes people away. One wants to take a risk, another is terrified of failure. One longs for peace while another remains on constant alert.

This internal competition creates what many experience as conflict, inconsistency, and disconnection from themselves.

Healing isn’t about getting rid of parts of who you are.

It’s about helping every part feel seen, heard, understood, and guided—so they stop competing and begin collaborating.

Because the goal isn’t to eliminate your parts.

The goal is to lead them.

Reconnection Happens Through Integration
When the parts of you that have been pushed aside, silenced, or overused are acknowledged, understood, and brought into conscious alignment, something familiar begins to return. A sense of steadiness. A sense of wholeness. A sense of being back in relationship with yourself.
People often describe it as:
• “I feel like myself again.”
• “I feel more whole.”
• “I feel grounded.”
• “I feel complete.”
• “I feel l can trust myself.”
• “I feel clear.”
• “I no longer am confused.”
• “I know exactly what I need to do.”
Not because they changed who they are, but because they stopped excluding parts of themselves. This is where identity begins to reassemble not as a fixed label, but as a living, coherent system.
The circle starts to close.
And when the circle begins to close, access quietly returns.
