Productivity gets the results. Well-being makes those results sustainable.

At the 14th Annual GCC GOV HR & Youth Summit 2026, Flo Akinbiyi, International Presenter, TEDx Speaker and Communication Coach, moderated an executive panel featuring Hani Al Khusaibi, Chief HR & Support Services Officer at Towell Group; Iman Khalid Al Marzouqi, Group Chief Support Services Officer at Alpha Dhabi Holding; and Sarah Al Bakeri, Human Resources Director at TAQA’s Generation Business.

The discussion examined how organisations can embed well-being into business strategy, turn employee feedback into meaningful action and leverage AI to enhance employee growth, productivity and engagement.

The key takeaway: a high-performance culture is built on trust, inclusion and action. Leaders must listen to their people, measure the impact of well-being initiatives and ensure transformation strengthens the employee experience alongside business outcomes.

Thank you to Flo Akinbiyi, Hani Al Khusaibi, Iman Khalid Al Marzouqi and Sarah Al Bakeri for offering practical perspectives on building healthier, more resilient and high-performing workplaces.

Skills are shifting. Roles are being redefined. The priority now is making sure people are ready to move with the change.

At the 14th Annual GCC GOV HR & Youth Summit 2026, Flo Akinbiyi, International Presenter, TEDx Speaker and Communication Coach, moderated a fireside chat featuring Fatema Al Afeefi, Chief People & Impact Officer at du; Sana Al Daoumi, Group Chief People & Organization Effectiveness Officer at EDGE; and Yusra Baqi, Chief Human Capital Officer at Aafaq Islamic Finance PSC.

The panellists explored how organisations can redesign jobs, build skills-based workforces and enable internal mobility as AI reshapes work. They also highlighted the importance of employee well-being, psychological safety and continuous development in keeping people at the centre of transformation.

The key takeaway: successful transformation starts with people, not technology. Organisations must identify emerging skill needs, prepare employees for changing roles and empower their people to adapt with confidence.

Thank you to Flo Akinbiyi, Fatema Al Afeefi, Sana Al Daoumi and Yusra Baqi for sharing valuable perspectives on building agile, people-centred organisations.

This summer, I had the opportunity to be part of something truly inspiring.

Networking. Connection. An incredible concentration of experienced and ambitious professionals from different countries, united by a shared vision and a passion for knowledge, innovation, and continuous growth.
All of this came together in one of the most beautiful and peaceful places, surrounded by a lake and mountains — the perfect setting to learn, exchange ideas, and connect on a deeper level.

And perhaps what brought us all together most strongly was a shared belief in where the future of aesthetic medicine is heading: toward regenerative approaches and treatments that work in harmony with the body, prioritizing biocompatibility, natural processes, and long-term results.
A few days of learning, meaningful conversations, new connections, and a lot of inspiration — memories and ideas that I will carry far beyond this summer. ✨

Thank you @nordbergmedical @dbe_business @josine_medical_international @kathleendv_medical_aesthetics for this wonderful opportunity 🩵
