✨ Learning to let go of what we can't control.

Whether it's waiting for your next medical scan, watching your children grow up and make their own decisions, or navigating life's uncertainties, letting go of control isn't always easy.

In our newest episode of Two Girls and a Cup of Wellness Sara Walsh shares her perspective on surrendering control, finding peace in the unknown, and trusting that things will unfold the way they're meant to.

Sometimes the most freeing thing we can do is recognize that we don't have to control everything. 💛

💗 We spend so much time nurturing everyone else… but who is nurturing us?

As women, we pour so much love, energy, and attention into our children, families, and everyone around us. But somewhere along the way, we often forget about ourselves.

What if we made self-love and self-care the norm instead of something we squeeze in when there's time?

✨ Nurturing yourself isn't selfish. It's necessary.

In our newest episode of Two Girls and a Cup of Wellness, we sit down with Sara Walsh to talk about the importance of turning that same love and compassion inward.

Because when we fill our own cups, we have so much more to pour into others. ☕💕

Your breath is your best friend.

It's always with you. Always available. And one of the most powerful gifts we have to support our own healing.

Through intentional breathwork, we can slow down, calm our nervous system, reconnect with ourselves, and gently begin to peel back the layers of the onion physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Sometimes we spend so much time searching outside ourselves for healing that we forget about the incredible tools we already possess.

Healing can begin with something as simple as a breath.

🎙️ Join us this week on Two Girls and a Cup of Wellness as Dr. Bella and Dr. Keith Cini of Agape Healing Arts share the transformative potential of breathwork.

🌿 What if healing isn't just about identifying disease, but understanding imbalance?

Traditional Chinese Medicine takes a different approach to health. Rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis, it looks at patterns of imbalance within the body's organ systems and how they relate to our physical, emotional, and overall well-being.

The goal? To understand the whole person, not just the symptoms.

🎙️ This week on Two Girls and a Cup of Wellness, Dr. Bella and Dr. Keith Cini of Agape Healing Arts explore the wisdom of traditional healing practices and the importance of restoring balance.

✨ There's More to Healing.

Because sometimes the question isn't just “What's wrong?” but “What's out of balance?”

There's More to Healing.

We are more than just our physical bodies. Healing involves the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual parts of who we are.

Through breathwork, we begin to gently peel back the layers of the onion, creating space to reconnect with ourselves, release what we've been holding onto, and explore what lies beneath the surface. 🤍

🎙️ This week on Two Girls and a Cup of Wellness

Dr. Bella and Dr. Keith Cini of Agape Healing Arts join us to explore breathwork, self-awareness, and the many dimensions of healing.

✨ Sometimes healing begins when we slow down, breathe, and turn inward.

Today is Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day! .... When I moved to the US from Germany in 2021, I had just finished my breast cancer treatments and was trying to piece my life back together.

Corinne and Crissy were among my first connections on this journey and helped me in so many ways. Slowly I started to get to know more and more people who were either working or walking in the cancer world, or both.

I always dreamed of one day being able to offer that same love and support to others.

5 years later, I’m still here. 🙏🏽 Grateful, humbled, feeling healthier, stronger, and more connected to myself than ever — and so happy to share some of what has helped me along the way. 🎀

Join us for Power & Peace: In the Face of Cancer — a day to pause, reconnect, feel seen and heard, and simply be.

📅 October 24 | 📍 Stuart, FL

If you know someone affected by cancer who could use some love, connection, and a little space to just be, please share this with them. ❤️

🌎🌿 **We cannot continue to abuse Mother Earth and expect her to sustain us.**

Our health and the health of our planet are deeply connected. What we put into our bodies, how we live, and how we care for the world around us all matter.

🎙️ This week on Two Girls and a Cup of Wellness, we're joined by Dr. Bella and Dr. Keith Cini of Agape Healing Arts in Tequesta, Florida.

Together, we explore the beautiful connection between nature, healing, and whole-person wellness. From ancient healing traditions to modern integrative medicine, we're reminded that true wellness is about more than treating symptoms. It's about restoring balance within ourselves and respecting the environment that sustains us.

When we care for the Earth, we care for ourselves.

Join us for a meaningful conversation that will leave you thinking differently about health, healing, and our connection to nature.

🌿 MINI-WINNY MONDAY! 🌿

We’re taking our research all the way to Colombia 🇨🇴 — and this week, we tried mangosteen!

A new fruit for us, absolutely delicious, and packed with some pretty interesting potential health benefits. 💜

Because wellness can also mean being curious, trying something new, and learning about foods from around the world. 🌎

Have you ever tried mangosteen?
