I had to die so many times to find you baby girl!!!! Falling for you is such a beautiful journey 😍

It’s so important to continually show up for ourself. Solo dates are an absolute must. The more I choose to be with me, date me love me more, I gradually appreciate the fact that no one can love me more than I can.

This morning’s yoga 🧘‍♀️ session was everything beautiful. Travelled all the way to the South, just imagine. It was definitely worth it, thank you @flo_yoga_ for this morning practice and helping us with setting intentions 🙏🏿

Meet our wonderful Phindile 🌱

Phindile is a recently qualified and certified Return to Presence Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator. In her own words: “Yoga has allowed me to shed, transform, release, bloom and become over and over again.”

“The Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training will forever hold a sacred place in my heart. I felt comfortable to open up and explore my own journey with trauma. I learned the importance of creating a safe and empowering space for those I'll be teaching. Candice is an absolute gem! A beautiful, thoughtful soul who made me feel safe to be myself throughout the training. I learned a lot from her and her passion for this field is felt.”

Phindile offers thoughtful, and empowering self-care classes. She believes that these allow participants to pour back into their own cups, breathe, be still, stretch and disconnect from the outside world to connect with themselves. She will also soon be offering trauma-sensitive yoga classes! You can access more info and connect with her over at her page here 👉 @flo_yoga_

Fun fact - she loves traveling solo! ✈️

Thank you for the change you are bringing to the world Phindi 🙏 We appreciate you and love supporting you!
