Unique and restorative wellness experience offering stress reduction and nervous system regulation

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I spent the weekend making room for R.E.S.T. AND what JOY it brought me!

This weekend, I leaned into two essential parts of my R.E.S.T. STRATEGY...Recovery andd Support.

First up, a girls’ getaway to Minnesota’s beautiful North Shore with my FF GIRLS!
It had been THREE YEARS since I’d been able to make this annual trip, and my heart was so full!

- A delicious Mexican dinner prepared by @molly_j_obrien
- A wine tasting curated by yours truly, with a little help from @_robynnn_h_ at @totalwine
- Shopping and exploring
- Hiking and leaf peeping
- Breathtaking sunrises
- And LOTS and LOTS of laughter!

Here’s to the JOY of friendship, the beauty of being present, and the gift of women who fill your cup!

And the weekend wasn’t over...

Back home, I connected with sister-friends for a beautiful gathering and for a magical floating communal sound bath experience!

The floating soundbath was a first for me, and what a beautiful gift to share this new experience with so many lovely ladies. Floating, resting, connecting, and simply BEING.

This weekend reminded me that RECOVERY doesn’t always mean doing nothing. Sometimes it means doing more of what restores you. And SUPPORT isn’t just about having people to lean on when life gets hard. It’s also about having people to laugh with, explore with, try something new with, and celebrate life with!

- Rest can be JOYFUL!
- Rest can be SOCIAL!
- Rest can be an ADVENTURE!

Sometimes, making room for R.E.S.T. means making room for the people and experiences that make you feel most alive.

What did you do this weekend that filled YOUR cup?

A room full of people who have dedicated their lives to caring for others, finally getting the chance to exhale, connect, laugh, learn, and simply be cared for themselves.

This is exactly what we wanted the WeCare Conference to feel like. An exhale, a reset.

And we’re so grateful for everyone who helped us create it! 💙

We have so much to say about yesterday, but right now, we just want to say thank you. 💙

Thank you for showing up. For taking the time to care for yourself. For being part of a community that believes healthcare professionals deserve to be cared for, too.

Our communities are better and stronger when healthcare professionals pause, breathe, reconnect, and refill their own cups.

We hope you left feeling a little more seen, a little more supported, and reminded that you are not alone. 🫂

10 DAYS. 😳

The countdown to WeCare Conference is officially ON.

10 days until we gather at the historic Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis for a day created specifically for the people who spend so much of their lives caring for everyone else.

CME. Connection. Food. Rejuvenation.

A day you do not want to miss.

What do you do to prioritize self care? Incorporating self-care into your health and wellness goals is imperative.
