Excerpts from our limited edition minizine released at this year’s @aucklandzinefest, which took home the judges’ wildcard for the Best of the Fest award at the 2026 Zine Awards last night 🥳

This one was a special one for us, made with our friend @breakfast.express in Alyssum’s honour, and with a dedication from Alyssum’s mum 💌

Only 30 people out in the world have a copy of this minizine (plus a handful of prototypes floating around)! Huge thanks to all of our collaborators who helped bring this to life, and to everyone who has supported FANG along the way ♥️♥️♥️

the biggest love to this music video prod team. i feel like once you find your crew, you keep working together over and over and over again, and you keep growing alongside each other and your visions start to sink in closer and deeper.

i’m so truly proud of what we created… and can’t wait to do it again 👀

More than just songs about food 🤍

@dandaninoodles’s debut EP ‘songs about food’ is a bilingual English and Mandarin exploration of family, identity and growing up between cultures, with food doing the heavy lifting as the medium of storytelling. dān dān traces food as culture, family, whakapapa, and the quiet language of love: the story of ancestry that survived on very little, and a generation that gets to make art in abundance.

Out now on all streaming platforms.

Made with the support of @nzonairmusic & the Asian Artists Fund.
