I have the good fortune of being part of an incredible team at work. Co-workers turned friends and then family. I have an immense amount of gratitude for them every day.

When Jonathan and I eloped this summer, I came back to an office full of celebrations and that extended into them asking if they could host a bridal shower for me.

@florescer_wellness and @auminjo thank you very much for this super special day. My dreams of having many of my favorite people in one place came true and it was the best girl hang. You included so many small, beautiful details, welcomed me and all the guests into a beautiful home, fed us the best food and played sweet, heartfelt games. I’ve never had a party thrown for me really ever, and definitely not with the care and thoughtfulness that went into this. What a day.

And to the friends (family) who came to celebrate, thank you for being there for me— now, and always. I never expected to have a bride season at all, and this was more fun than I could have imagined.

Maybe someday I’ll have words for how this weekend made my heart beat faster and slower at the same time. 🥹🥰

Some of my favorite water moments of my Rejuvenate & Explore retreat last weekend.

Love all these adventurous, relaxing, silly memories.

Are you in for the next adventure?!

Bringing a little childhood magic to Christmas 🎄✨ This Snoopy-themed tree stole my heart — a mix of classic red, soft whites, cozy ribbons, and those sweet Peanuts characters that make everyone smile. Creating this design felt like stepping into a nostalgic Christmas storybook. ♥️📖
So grateful to spread joy, one tree at a time.

“It’s not what’s UNDER the tree THAT MATTERS, it’s who’s AROUND IT.” Charlie Brown

We love our street and the hoodrats we do life with. I’ve said it so many times over the past few months, but I simply cannot imagine living anywhere else for this season of our lives.

A few years back we started gathering on the night before school starts for popsicles and prayers. The kids cover the street and driveways in chalk prayers. We spend a few minutes joined together to express gratitude and to boldly ask God for His favor over our new school year. We pray for our teachers, bus drivers, and all the many people who will pour into our kids this school year. If you are one of those champions in my kids’ world, thank you & know we are praying for you.

This season we personally are walking in is hard. We are making it day by day, prayer by prayer, and covered up in love by our neighbors. Here’s to the new school year! Go get ‘em kids!

p.s. probably failed to tag people. So sorry!

Happy Tuesday Peach Queens and Kings 🍎🤍

I want to start making Tuesdays “Nutrition Tip of the Day” — every week I plan to bless you all with some nutrition gems 💎✨

This week let’s talk CARBS 🍚🍓🥔🍠🥐🍍🍌🍙 (I’ll keep it brief)

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

The diet industry can be very aggy and has been doing yall wrong by being wishy-washy about carbs.

As I’ve said it before — CARBS ARE YOUR FRIENDS‼️

Stop feeling guilty eating a MUCH NEEDED macronutrient and focus on smart carb consumption strategies to adequately fuel your body and mind.

🍚 Carbohydrates are one of the main macronutrients. This means they’re a vital part of our diet, just like protein and healthy fats.

We rely on carbs as our main source of energy.

🤍 There’s different types of carbs to choose from.

🍩 SIMPLE CARBS are for fast energy
🍠 COMPLEX CARBS starches and fiber.

If you need any additional help with nutrition or simply want to chat Nutrition — send me a DM‼️

I have 4 spots available for Nutrition Coaching.
