From the Pro Tour to a New Opportunity 🇩🇪🏀

We’re excited to see Flo take the next step in his journey.

Flo joined us on the Pro Tour, trusted our guidance, built important connections, and took a chance on the opportunities that came his way. That journey ultimately helped us connect him with a job opportunity off the court — proving that the right connections can create opportunities far beyond basketball.

We’re proud to have been part of that process and grateful that he trusted us along the way.

Good luck this season, Flo! Keep working, keep growing, and keep taking advantage of every opportunity. 🏀💪🇩🇪

You don’t need fancy looking exercise or equipment. All you need is the simple effective methods with the right structure consistently. That’s it.

Most hoopers train skill for hours and never touch a barbell — then wonder why they get bullied at the rim. Strength isn’t bodybuilding. It’s force, durability, and finishing through contact. Lift like your game depends on it, because it does. 💪

Save this for your next session and send it to a teammate who skips leg day.

What a weekend. 🏀

We’re truly grateful to have been part of such an incredible 5x5 event organized by The ORB WORLD in Bergedorf. It was an honor to compete in a tournament with such a high level of basketball — one of the few events in the area bringing this kind of intensity and quality to the game.

No running out the clock. No boring finishes. Just clutch moments, big plays, and intense competition until the final bucket.

Thank you for the opportunity, the atmosphere, and the experience. It was a pleasure for our team to be part of it — and we’re already looking forward to the next one. 💯🔥
