✨WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR INITIAL ACUPUNCTURE SESSION✨

Your initial session is an important part of your treatment path! This is the time where you and I are able to connect in person, get to know each other, and determine how acupuncture can help you.

Your initial session starts with a health consultation. During that time, we’ll discuss your “why” for seeking treatment, we’ll review your health history, I’ll perform a Chinese medicine physical examination with you, and, of course, talk to you about acupuncture and answer your questions!

By the end of our discussion, I’ll have enough information to put together a personalized treatment plan for you and get you feeling your best self!

From there, you get on the treatment table and get to relax as you receive your first acupuncture treatment!

Guaranteed you will walk out feeling better than when you came in!

Still have questions about what to expect? Drop them below ⬇️ or send me a DM 📩!
