Happy international yoga day 💛

im so grateful for this practice that has been there for me for more than 10 years. it brings me back to myself when i need it the most, grounds and teaches me something new every single time i step on to the mat.

grateful to every teacher and student i had over the past years. all the places and studios yoga took me. the people i met through the practice!

such a beautiful journey uniting body, spirit and mind, cultivating growth and deepening understanding about oneself.

september + october. what was this? what a flow!
time definitely was an illusion. i had no idea life can be so dynamic and i am able to do so much in such short period of time. performing, travelling, organising events and photoshoots, modelling, teaching, training and visiting people i love. i definitely went out of my routine and some days were pretty tough but oh i loved it. i remember as a kid i always wanted to travel for work, experience the world. and you know what? i am doing exactly that 💛 maybe in different forms and shapes than i had imagined, sometimes a bit tired but i feel full of life.
its time to slow down (at least for this weekend) and get back to some sort of a routine.
sending love and good energy to everyone i met, had an opportunity to work with and shared the memories 🪐

november lets keep on flowing!
