Chicago reminded us why we do this.

Our team spent the week at IgniteIt connecting with partners, peers, and leaders who are helping shape the future of our industries, and we left feeling inspired, energized, and grateful.

The best part wasn’t being in the room. It was being part of the conversation.

We had the opportunity to listen, learn, share ideas, and spend time with people who are building better experiences for businesses and the people behind them. People who care about education, innovation, partnership, and creating real impact.

We’re proud of the expertise we’ve built over the years, but we’re equally proud of how we choose to show up. Not just as payroll and HR professionals, but as advocates, educators, connectors, and active members of the communities we serve.

Chicago: a city known for its resilience, ambition, and hardworking spirit, felt like the perfect backdrop for those conversations.

To every partner, client, friend, and new connection we met along the way: thank you. Thank you for the insights, the challenges, the ideas, and the trust. You continue to make us better, and we’re honored to be building alongside you.

We’re heading home with new perspectives, stronger relationships, and a renewed excitement for the work ahead.

See you at the next one.

Sure, we're excited for the Garrett Popcorn, the incredible food, and everything that makes Chicago special. But what we're most excited about is the people.

After a busy season of events and conversations across the industry, IgniteIt Cannabis (Elliot Lane) feels like one of those moments where the community comes together in a big way.

We've been looking forward to connecting with peers, partners, clients, and new faces alike. The opportunity to share ideas, learn from one another, and help shape what's next for this industry is what motivates our team to show up every day.

We're also incredibly proud to be sponsoring the Jews in Weed Bagel Bash (Jordan Isenstadt) and the Cannabis HR Leadership Midwest Conference alongside our friends at FlowerHire (Tekisha Harvey David Belsky).

More than anything, we're looking forward to spending time with the operators, HR leaders, founders, and teams who continue to show up for this industry every single day.

So if you'll be in Chicago, come find us: https://lnkd.in/efm9Zdi7

☕ Let's grab a coffee.
🥯 Let's share a bagel.
🌱 Let's talk about what's working and what's not.

Let's figure out how to make this industry even stronger together.

See you in Chicago. 💛

If you are interviewing for a new job, it’s not enough to know what your new company does, but rather who they ARE. #careeradvice #showupforyourself
