🇹🇷❤️ A little piece of Turkey, right here in Banbury.

Three beautiful dogs, all rescued from the Hisarönü region of Turkey, now living in the same corner of Oxfordshire.

Every rescue dog has a story, I think there’s something rather special about seeing these three together. 🐾❤️

I'd love to know about your dogs too. What breed are they, are any of them rescues? Tell me a little about your four-legged family.

🍂 Hello October! 🍂

Autumn has arrived, which means muddy paws, crunchy leaves and dogs who apparently believe every puddle is personally inviting them in. 😂🐾

The evenings are getting darker, but the Pup Hut is well lit and available to use until 8pm, so there's still plenty of time for some autumn fun!

Who else has a dog that comes home looking considerably more muddy than when they left? 🤎

Its time to tackle the back room and make it a functional space again.

This will be my craft room and base for Flower Patch... Hopefully giving me the space I need for everything I have in mind for the future Flower Patch 🌻

Watch this Space!!

P.s. if anyone has plasterboard sitting in the garage that they can donate, I would be very greatfful xx

Another customer at The Mucky Pup Hut.

This is a self service facility for you to bring your pooch, including scared/reactive dogs, for a shower with the aid of raised bath and table to avoid breaking your back in the process.

Book your time slot via facebook or Instagram. Bring your towel, your doggy shampoo & your pooch to get clean in an affordable, purpose built facility.

There is a dryer/hoover available for those who want to spend a little more time. Otherwise, rub down with the towel and go.

Flamingo leads attached at shower and table to deter dogs from escape. Aprons to protect your clothing from inevitable splashes and of course poo bags for any little accidents.

Look forward to meeting you soon

The cut flower garden is getting some legs...

I still have a fair few pots about that could do with being in the ground but this heatwave is just not the time for it.

Never mind what the flowers think... the heat zaps the life out of me with all my ailments.

Big Liv's turn to have a wash. Not that she was very happy about it. She tried turning on her puppy dog eyes, to get out of it, but she felt so much better after.

If only she understood that its for her own good 🐾

What have we been doing???

2026 has been a mish mash of all sorts.. my ADHD brain has hundreds of ideas but minimal execution. I get so overloaded with things I want to do that I don't know where to start...
With a few fibro & ME flare ups thrown in for good measure... a "To Do" list, isn't quite going to cut it 🤣

I'm behind on getting my seedlings potted on and planted out... the upshot of this means I may be doing a bit of direct sowing this year 😳
I'm thrilled that a few plants I thought were dead have infact risen up and are looking promising!

Lots of wreaths, funeral mostly, made up ready for rental once photographed and advertised.

We've taken a wall down, a shower out and tiles down.. helped the brother in law build a new coop for his egg layers @laneys_allotment

Hubby smashed his face up and broke a rib..
Plus the Valentines and mother's day flowers... ooh and for our friends wedding I'm attempting to make some black wisteria to replace the white on their trees 🥰 Watch this space... full reel on this, coming soon!!

I've taken lots of pics, just not great at posting. Will try and get some content together over the coming weeks. TTFN xx
