Dance fam! It’s that time again 💥 Ecstatic Dance Trilogy is back THIS SATURDAY October 24th featuring @gabrielfranciscoproductions! This is our first time receiving the magical gifts of an Ecstatic Dance aficionado who is both dancer and DJ, guiding us through a cohesive ritual of movement and music that liberates the body. When we heard about the transformational impact of Gabriel’s DANCE IS LIFE retreats in Hawaii, we knew we had to bring his work to our community. He’s not only an inspiring dancer; he brings a unique methodology that integrates the primal aspects of freeform movement into everyday life. Transforming from Dancer to DJ, Gabriel has found an evolution moving from the floor to the decks. Knowing what dancers want gives him a special insight to craft an Ecstatic Dance musical journey that inspires authentic expression and wild freedom. Following Gabriel’s warm-up class and Ecstatic Dance Journey, we will close the evening with a grounding sound bath by the one and only @jerrywilliamusic. His live handpan and guitar will cocoon you in a sweet lullaby transporting you to a cosmic realm of peace and bliss ✨ Last but not least, nourish yourself with our curated healing lounge including @angel_bodywork @mikhael44 @weiofhonor @heartmagiccacao and sacred accessories curated by @theoraclestyle 👑 No matter what you’re going through in life, Ecstatic Dance Trilogy is the place you can depend on every month for authentic connection, expression, and alchemy. We can’t wait to share this special evening of art, music, dance and community with you 🔥 The journey begins at 7pm this Saturday. Tickets at @trilogysanctuary (link in bio @kirsteninc) ♥️

This Saturday we’re back for Ecstatic Dance Trilogy featuring Nataliyah Bravo at @trilogysanctuary 🔥 Sat, Aug 29 | 7–10:30pm 📍 Trilogy Sanctuary, La Jolla HIGHLIGHTS ⊳ Special Cacao Ceremony with @callinginlovecacao ⊳ Ecstatic Dance Journey feat. CDMX artist @nataliyahbravo ⊳ Live Saxophone by @lionchildofficial from Colombia ⊳ Closing Sound Bath with @nataliyahbravo @lionchildofficial ⊳ Healing Lounge for restoration & connection ⊳ Opening & Closing Circle with @kirsteninc & @flowgoblin This August, Ecstatic Dance Trilogy transforms into a vibrant celebration of Latin music, ceremony, and community.

We’re thrilled to welcome Nataliyah Bravo on her first U.S. tour, bringing her signature fusion of deep electronic grooves, Latin rhythms, ceremonial vocals, and indigenous sounds all the way from Mexico City 🇲🇽

Joining her is celebrated Colombian artist LionChild, returning to San Diego to guide a heart-opening cacao ceremony before weaving live saxophone and ceremonial instrumentation throughout the dance journey 🎷 We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, planting a heartfelt intention, and opening to the wisdom of the heart. From there, we’ll carry that intention onto the dance floor through music, movement, and presence.
We’ll gently land together in a heart-opening live sound bath as Nataliyah’s angelic vocals intertwine with LionChild’s saxophone and ceremonial instrumentation, creating a restorative space for integration and reflection.
